Stay away!

Posted Aug 23, 2014
Pros: Nothing at all.
Location: Absolutely nothing.
We got in late Monday night and when we checked in and got to our room we opened the door and the smoking smell hit us. We didn't order a smoking room. The kitchen was gross and vastly outdated. There was hair on the toilet and one little bottle of shampoo. The "suite" was two beds in one crapped space and a couch with a crappy TV. The sofa bed was some tiny couch. Completely misleading descriptions. We didn't even need the key to get into the room. That's how safe it is. The next day we went to go to the pool and it was closed. When we went to talk to the staff they were already dealing with other guests who they had given rooms to but were already double booked or one had a room but it turned out to be smoking and she didn't want it. Just like us. The staff was not professional. I asked for a refund for the last night out of the 3. We are from MN and so when something says 3.5 miles from downtown you'd think it was close but it took 25 minutes. The staff lady said we get a refund for the 3rd night but was rude about it when she asked why. LIKE I NEEDED ANY MORE REASONS. Stay at the Comfort Inn on Demenbruen if you're looking for an actual nice hotel close to downtown for $116 per night!!

Descent for overnight stay

Posted Aug 17, 2014
This is an okay place to stay. For the price, I wasn't exactly thrilled. Very old ran down kitchen area. Traveling with my family of five, it was about $100 with tax for the one night. Tv wasn't hooked up properly, but they did send someone over to fix it promptly. No extra sheets or bedding for sofa bed and only 2 towels in a room that sleeps 5. I guess for a single night stay to lay your head down, it isn't bad. Just wouldn't recommend it for a longer stay. It is however close to many restaurants and entertainment areas.

Needs major updating

Posted Aug 6, 2014
Dirty, worn furniture, leaking refrigerator, dripping bathroom fan, mold in tub surround, tv,s not working, cigarette burns on entertainment center. Carpet was worn and not thoroughly vacuumed. The only place that felt safe to be on were the beds.

We had to argue to get the room we booked and at the price we booked it for. There was food left in the cabinets and even a waffle and an unknown piece of something left in the oven.... One towel and no bedding for the pullout couch even after we asked for it. We will not be staying here again!!

Nice place for a short stay. Near the mall and airport. The guy at check in was very nice, and that set the tone for my stay.

Nice location

Posted Aug 1, 2014
Pros: Nice location, close to downtown
Cons: Uneven walkways, friendliness of staff
While it was in a nice location and close to the airport and downtown, I would not reccommend staying here. It's extremely hard to navigate around the Inn and figure out where you're going if you're looking for the stairs or elevator. Also, breakfast is supposedly served until 930 but the first morning they were very willing to stay open later, which was so appreciated. But the next day we got to breakfast at 905 and they had already shut and locked the doors to the dining area and ignored us standing there and were shooed away by an employee.

Good nights sleep

Pros: Nice, quiet location. Those steps are a booger bear though.
Cons: The "continental breakfast" was lacking. I know it's in Nashville but biscuits and white gravy is NOT a meal.
Location: Centrally located and near downtown although it was kinda confusing to get back to the downtown area. That's not the hotel's fault though.
They booked me at the last minute and I had a good stay. The room isn't palatial but it was clean and comfortable. I couldn't have asked for more.
