Convenent location, I'm happy with my stay.

Overall the stay for three nights with my young daughters went well, the checking was quick, the room was clean, it was nice having a swimming pool and the breakfast was good. Located 5 minutes from the airport and 10 minutes from down town Nashville.

Hotel is clean and reasonable priced. Don't expect a 4 star when paying for a 2 star hotel. I had no problems and could find nothing wrong with my experience. Great waffles....

Ok hotel close to downtown

First of all the manager of this hotel her name was trish was extremely rood. They lost our reservation although I had my confirmation with me. They ended up having to give us so called upgraded rooms because they gave our rooms away. They up charged us. We arrived at 11 am tired after driving 8 hrs. We had no rooms until 4 pm & the manager said im lucky she didnt charge me $150 a night. We had to drive around all day waiting for a room. When i called her to see if the rooms were ready and when she said yes but for more money i asked why i should pay more for their mistake she screamed at me and told me to shut up that im lucky she was able to find me a room. And even though i was quoted one price online she charged me more. Because of their mistake. The rooms were not very clean. They smelled and there was some kind of pill left in our ice bucket. The closet door did not close & the mirror was gross. They staff in the continental breakfast area were very nice. The pool was nice

Pros: El hotel fue bonito en sus instalaciones
Cons: arreglar cajas fuertes de seguridad
Location: Esto estuvo bien
El servicio de transporte desde y hacia el hotel y al aeropuerto fue pésimo. A mi llegada me dejaron esperando 1 hora y aun así no pasaron a buscarme. Cuando los llame ni se disculparon y simplemente me informaron que seria imposible pasar por mi. A mi partida llegaron tarde a pesar de haber solicitado con anticipación El servicio de check in-check out del hotel fue bastante pobre ya que el personal no estaban muy comprometidos con el trabajo. Mala predisposición para atender consultas o asistir ante dudas del cliente.

Older hotel that probably used to be an extended stay or some sort. Everything was great until I had to take a cold shower... Bummer.

Nashville Stay

My stay was ok. I was there for a race, so I wasn't looking for anything fancy. However, for 2 straight days, I had no one clean my bathroom or change the bed. That was disappointing. I had to ask for fresh towels

Rooms not up to standard

The carpet in the room was threadbare and stained. The flooring in the kitchenette was curled up and discolored. The kitchen sink was dirty. Whoever tried to vacuum the carpet only did so in the middle of the room and not along the edges. The linens were stained. The room smelled musty. There was a pile of used, discarded mattresses along an exterior walkway. The glass wall in the elevator had not been cleaned in quite a while. The room was not up to standard, not recommended at all.

SCHOOL FIELD TRIP

THIS TRIP WAS FOR A FIELD TRIP OF 15 STUDENTS AND 5 ADULTS. WE HAD BOOKED AND HAD CONFIRMATION FOR 3 TWO BEDROOM SUITES. THE PERSON WORKING AT DESK WAS THE MOST RUDE PERSON I HAVE EVER MET. SHE REFUSED TO LOOK AT MY CONFIRMATION SHEETS I HAD AND TRIED TO TELL US WE DID NOT HAVE 3 TWO BEDROOM SUITES. SHE WAS ALSO VERY VERY RUDE TO ANYONE ELSE WHO CAME IN TO COMPLAIN ABOUT ANYTHING AND TOLD THEM THEY COULD JUST LEAVE. SHE GAVE US ANOTHER ROOM AND TRIED TO SAY SHE WAS HELPING US BUT THAT WAS NOT THE CASE. SHE TRIED TO MAKE ME AND ANOTHER LOOK STUPID LIKE WE DIDNT KNOW ANYTHING. IF I HAD TO DEAL WITH HER AGAIN I DEFINITELY WOULD NOT STAY HERE AGAIN. IT WAS VERY TRYING TO GET EVERYTHING WORKED OUT. SHE ALSO CHARGED ONE ROOM TO MY CREDIT CARD AND WE WERE NOT LATE AND SHE WOULD NOT TAKE IT OFF BECAUSE SHE SAID IT WAS TO HARD TO DO.
