Thin walls next to interstate.Posted Dec 26, 2014
Pros: Walking distance to downtown
If I can't say anything nice, then it won't say anything at all.

Pros: Value and cleanliness
Cons: Relatives stayed on lower levels and rooms were not as nice but acceptable.
Location: Heart of downtown
Stayed on the main level, close to desk and rooms were updated and very clean. Excellent value and good breakfast. Staff was very nice, and helpful.

We had to switch rooms due to no heat, no hot water, no phone. They were working on the roof, so it was noisy. Even after the switch we still had no phone, but it was a quieter room. Staff was polite about everything. It was not up to my usual Ramada standards. Probably will not stay there again.

Good for Games ONLYPosted Dec 13, 2014
Pros: Close to LP field. Staff ok, snacks available
Location: Next to LP field, right across a non busy street. Close to breakfast, Shoneys. Walking distance to downtown
We were in town for the weekend for the Titans vs Giants game. Hotel is ok but far from great. If you are looking for a hotel to stay at just for the game, this is the place. Otherwise you would be upset.

Nice Inexpensive HotelPosted Dec 13, 2014
Pros: Price and location and shuttle available.
Cons: Get the smell of smoke out of the rooms.
Location: Right beside the football stadium.
Great location, could walk downtown or use their free shuttle service which was great. Friendly staff, told where the best "Honky Tonk" bars were to hear the best music. Hotel is not fancy but adequate for the price. Only negative was the room smelled like smoke and it was a non-smoking room.

There was underwear left in my room!! Ewww!Posted Dec 8, 2014
Pros: Nothing, well maybe the fact it wasn't a bad walk from the hotel to Broadway St. But that's it.
Cons: Cleaning staff, room updates, attitudes of the front desk staff
Location: Location was ok. Its not a bad walk to the downtown area. And a cheap cab ride back for later at night
Let me preface this by saying I travel a lot, and this is by far the worst place i have ever stayed! Day 1, we check in and head to our room. My boyfriend decides to pull the desk chair out form the desk so our friend can sit in it. And on that chair was a pair of underwear, which was NOT ours. I waited until the next am to say something as it was our first night and i didnt want to cause trouble. I gave the unfriendly female desk attendant my room number and where we had moved the underwear and asked that while we were out on the town if the cleaning staff could remove it. When we returned (5 hours later), our room was "cleaned" but the underwear was not removed. I went to the front desk again, and this time spoke with a male. Who seemed bothered by the fact i needed this out of my room. He was "kind" enough to come to our room and dispose of this. Clearly the cleaning staff doesn't do a thorough cleaning before, during, or after guests. The staff is beyond rude and seem annoyed all the time. The hotel is out dated, and our room smelled mildew. Walls and doors pin thin. And on our last morning we found a huge bug the size of a quarter in one of our towels. It wasn't worth the "savings" compared to other hotels in the area. I wouldn't pay more than $30.00 a night for this place. Nor would i recommend this to my worst enemy.

It sucked. Not a place I would recommend. Our shower broke in the middle of the night and wouldn't turn off...almost flooded our room and they didnt know how to fix it.

Great for the price!Posted Dec 2, 2014
Pros: The Location, the cost and the staff were wonderful.
Cons: The access to the shuttle. We used it once although when we tried again it was all booked up for the next 2 runs which meant we had to wait an hour.
This was my third time to Nashville and the third hotel I have tried. For the cost, it was great. Hotel staff was wonderfully helpful, rooms were very comfortable. Our patio overlooked the indoor pool although we didn't use it. It might have been better if it was outdoors. We didn't spend much time in the hotel but we did have the complimentary breakfast which was fine.
