Location is great and the staff did everything to make our stay a great one. Room was very clean everyday and desk staff was friendly and helpful

Not worth the money saved

Pros: Staff nice and location is decent.
Cons: Need a total renovation
Thought I'd save 150+ staying here, but not worth it. Doors/walls very thin so any noise outside feels inside (even the highway) cold water shower in am, ants in bathroom.

Pros: The hotel was within about a 20 minute walk to downtown. That's about the only positive I would feel comfortable stating.

The front desk staff didn't appear to care about anything. I'm not sure if either of the staff looked at you when you checked in, checked out or had questions. Regarding the complimentary shuttle to downtown, don't expect it to be on time and don't expect the front desk to be of any help in answering questions about when the shuttle could be expected. As an example, the 5:30 pm shuttle arrived at about 6:20. The front desk repeatedly said it would be at the hotel at any minute. Also, the shuttle is shared with another hotel, just as an FYI. The shuttle is also a van so it can only hold 9 people. You can only hope there aren't more than 9 people wanting to get downtown, between the 2 hotels. As for cleanliness, well, the bathroom and the beds were clean. I wouldn't look too further than that.

Location: In front of the stadium is excellent, less than 15 minutes walking from Predators Hockey Arena excellent and great parking and facilities.
Better than expected. Great walking distance from downtown main activity restaurants, shops and attractions at price much better than bigger hotels. Highly recommended.

Room was very quiet and comfortable beds. Cab was quick to get to hotel. Staff was very polite and helpful.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Didn't get there in time to swim in guitar shaped pool but it was beautiful.

Not enough electrical outlets for mom,dad & Daughter to charge phones & computers and the hotel is Right Beside the ROARing expressway but..... The price was reasonable in comparison & the room was nice & very clean. Also, The breakfast was a huge help, timewise, & good, too.

One night hot spot

Pros: The convenience to the downtown area.
Cons: The rooms need an update early 90's at the days inn kind of look.
Location: Walking distance to the bridgestone arena, and the Titan field.
Altogether it was a decent stay not a huge NFL fan so when arriving to the tailgating madness it wasn't pleasant, but if you need a place for game day that's the place to go.

The 3rd night of our 4 night stay, I found a 1 inch cockroach underneath where my stomach was in my bed. I immediately called the Front Desk. The clerk told me that she could not come up to my room to see the bug. I requested a manager. She found the manager outside parking cars for the Titans game & he called my room. I insisted that he come up to look at the size of the cockroach I had been sleeping with the entire night (or possibly the last 3 nights). He was extremely rude & told me he had better things to do & then implied that I brought the cockroach with me because they have a cleaning service once a month & they had just serviced the hotel a week prior. I requested a full refund for my stay as I was truly traumatized that the cockroach had been crawling on my body during the night as I found one of the legs by where my feet were under the blankets. He told me that he would only refund me for Saturday night & that they would relocate me & my friend to another room. When I went down to the front desk I asked to speak to the manager. I was told he was outside. I found him outside with another manager sitting at a table doing absolutely nothing. He continued to be rude & then told me I wouldn't get any money back. I requested the name of the supervisor to the two managers. The other manager told me their bosses were the owners & he refused to give me their name or number & said don't even bother, you are not getting a dime. I WANT MY MONEY BACK - TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!

Front desk staff very helpful and accommodating ... issues with amenities hotel needs some updating and location an issue, long walk to downtown and other attractions eg restaurants, etc. Housekeeping an issues room was not cleaned one day and supplies not replenched.
