TOO much $$

Posted Sep 15, 2014
Cons: Room cleanliness and service of the staff
Location: downtown Nashville / Broadway Street
The hotel is right across from the Titans stadium, and about a 20 minute walk or 5 minute cab ride to downtown. Location is pretty good, however the service and quality of the room were quite under par for what we paid. The room smelled like mildew, there was no closet, the bathroom was small (barely large enough for one average sized person), the safe didn't work because of low/no batteries. With the exception of one front desk employee, the rest were not very helpful. Beware: there is a downtown shuttle service *however* you have to tell the front desk at least an hour before you want the shuttle to pick you up. The front desk personnel omitted this when we asked about their shuttle service and how frequently it runs. The free continental breakfast was ok - bagels/waffles/muffins/cereal - nothing special, but good enough to hold you over for lunch.

Stay elsewhere!

Posted Sep 13, 2014
Pros: Bed
Cons: Needs renovation, over-priced
Location: across the street from the Titans stadium
When we checked in, there was already another guest at the front desk complaining about noisy kids. When we saw that they had a security guard, we knew it was going to be a disappointing stay. During the second of a three night stay. There were college kids slamming their door next door all night until about 3:45 A.M. Security warned them about the noise, but they continued even after he left. The only decent thing was the bed was comfortable. We swam in the "famous" guitar shaped pool it was unfortunately was not heated. And when it rained, it leaked in the pool area and my son got several mosquito bites, which I didn't know they could be in a pool area. Overall, very disappointing. It's located on the outskirts of downtown. Next time, we'll stay somewhere farther away! Definitely, not worth the money even though it is across the street from the Titans stadium. Stay somewhere else! Hotel looks a little old too.

WHAT A HORRIBLE HOTEL

Posted Aug 30, 2014
Pros: NOTHING
Cons: WHERE WOULD YOU START
Location: LOOK PRETTY RUN DOWN. BUT RIGHT NEXT TO THE FOOTBALL STADIUM.
WE CHECKED IN AND WAS TOLD THAT IT WAS NON SMOKING AND THEY TOOK A LOT OF TIME ABOUT THAT. THEN WHEN WE GOT TO OUR ROOM IT SMELLED LIKE SMOKE. SO WE DECIDED TO SWITCH ROOMS BECAUSE WE DIDNT WANT TO BE CHARGED FOR IT. THE NEW ONE WAS THE SAME. SO DECIDED TO CHANGE MOTELS THE NEXT MORNING BUT THE BUSSINESS CENTER WAS HORRIBLE AND NOTHING WORKED. PLUS A 9.00 CHARGE TO PARK THERE. OVER ALL HORRIBLE PLACE.

Cons: make sure all rooms get cleaned
The first night we stayed our room was not cleaned and we needed toilet paper and when we asked for towel and toilet paper the desk person said that housekeeping had went home and he had to look in the supply room. He came back with pool towels and 1 roll of toilet paper. NOT HAPPY!!! Shaquise was very helpful, if it wasn't for her your hotel would be very unorganized

At least it was close to stadium

Pros: Location to LP Field
Cons: Updated rooms, parking rates
Convenient location if you are going to LP Field. Hotel is really dated and kind of run down. In our room the toilet seat was barely hanging on, fridge not level, stuff on top getting ripped off. We were there for an NFL game and the rate they charged us for parking was outrageous! Shuttle service to the downtown area was not in service because of roads closed for the game. Even whne there is no game, shuttle only runs till 8:30'

Can't stay any closer to LP stadium

Posted Aug 11, 2014
I knew it would be expensive to stay on a game day. So, I paid the $250 per night rate for the convenience of walking to game....but still having to pay $40 to park at the hotel that I am already paying premium for was a slap in the face. Ramada shoud be ashamed for taking advantage of their customers that way.

Best location for game at LP Field

Posted Aug 11, 2014
Pros: Location near stadium. I believe they offer a shuttle if you wanted to go downtown.
Cons: Parking cost
Location: Nothing to do nearby unless you are going to the stadium. We only saw one restaurant nearby.
This is an old hotel but it has been updated and appeared clean and was adequate for our stay. The beds were comfortable. The charge for parking is exhorbitant when there is a game at LP Field...$40 per vehicle even if you are staying in the hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful.

It was what I was expecting.

Posted Aug 7, 2014
We wanted a cheap place close to downtown and that is what it is. The front desk staff was not in a rush to help you with anything although the cleaners and breakfast servers were all very nice. The rooms were not spotless but I didn't feel like I would catch anything. Overall it was exactly what I expected.
