Staff was exceptional. Very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay there and would definitely stay again. The facility was very clean and beautiful. Very convenient to Broadway and all the attractions. The only downside for me was they charge $62 daily to park on the premises with valet parking, but there is a parking garage directly across the road that is $20 daily. It isn’t owned by the Hotel. You just can’t leave and come back without paying again. There are other parking lots and garages in the area around the same rates.

This property is close to all of the Nashville nightlife and the area feels safe enough to walk it all which is nice. Don’t expect 5 star food but the bridge bars apps were good as well as the drinks.

Hotel was clean, check in was fast and the ease of valet parking was great. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. Location was fantastic. It was nice being able to walk to where ever we wanted to go.

Clean spacious rooms. Staff are great - friendly and helpful. Hotel is just a block off broadway and has a Starbucks right there which was perfect for us.

Fitness and pool were closed for long term renovations. No mention of this was made before booking. If your amenities are closed long term, you need to display that on booking listings. Hiding it so that people still book is a scam.

The tub/shower drain was completely clogged and not draining. Due to check out time we could not finish our shower and the next person could not shower. Very unhappy. The maintenance person unclogged it enough o take a shower prior to checkout but needed to come back after we checked out. For the price point and name brand very dissatisfied.

Perfect for Broadway
Location is key. The hotel has a rear exit that leads directly to the food hall on Broadway. You can walk to and from Broadway with convenience, no Uber needed. The hotel is beautiful and the beds comfortable. The only downside, due to low occupancy for the season they shut their kitchen down early so late night room service was not an option.

My husband and I wanted to take our children on vacation for Christmas. When booking the hotel for 2 rooms for 3 nights each and paying extra for conjoining rooms, we did not get them. One of our rooms had a conjoining door, but someone was in that room that did not pay extra for the conjoining rooms. When talking to the front desks, they said "oh sorry they must have chexked in before you." If they didn't request or pay for a conjoining room, why would they put someone in that room? It was very inconvenient for our family having to go back and forth from room to room. I understand that things happen in life but when paying extra for certain rooms you should get what you paid for. I will probably not be staying at this hotel again.
