“Best hotel in town”

Staff was very helpful and friendly. Our stay was wonderful and we are currently planning to come back for a birthday trip. thanks so much.

“Very Comfortable Room”

The hotel was great and in a great location. The only thing I could point out was the yellow tint in the bottom of the bathtub. Maybe the bathtubs were just older and stained. Anyhow, everything else was exceptional and the beds were super comfy! We will stay there again!

“Sheraton 5 stars”

I was very pleased with our stay at the Sheraton. Our stay was awesome from the time we arrived till the time we checked out! Room service food was excellent, location was great and close to downtown. I will be back!!!!!!

“It just wasn't my day.”

This will always be my best place to stay, it just wasn't my day. I did ask & I do know that it wasn't a guaranteed that my room would be ready at 12 noon. Every thing went wrong. I did get there early 11:30am and check on my room every hour and it wasn't ready, so I had to get dress in the bathroom, where I was ask by a worker was I staying at this hotel & I told her that my room wasn't ready, she let me know that it could have been ready but they just take there time around here and only do special things for special people. I got dress and left my bags with storage. 2:30. About 10:00pm I call to let them know what was going on and that I was still out and wanted my room, they let me know that I had to be there by 12:00 to check In. But that they would put a note that I call but wasn't for sure if they would hold it or not...So I just left my event and made it there at 12:00, While checking in, they were lost and the system was very slow, I had to wait for it was going really slow. But i did get check in and made it before I lost my room. I really do feel that it could have went a lot better if I just could have check in early without being in my room, so that I didnt have to miss out on the things that I came to Nashville to do or just to rush back so that I would not lose my room....

“What a great hotel.”

Hotel was very nice and close to alot of places. It was quiet and the staff was great! Def would stay there and I would reconmend it to anyone.

“Very nice hotel!”

VERY nice but a little pricey. Very convenient to all downtown activities. We were attending a concert at the Bridgestone Arena and chose to stay here so we could walk to the concert. I would stay here again and would recommend to friends.

“Get the feel of the city in this hotel”

We had a beautiful room with a view of the city lights; also we were in walking distance to downtown and many fun locales. We had a really great time. Also happy hour and breakfast were fabulous - great fresh fruit and breakfast and many other items.
