Close to downtown

The hotel was very nicely decorated. We enjoyed the bar and playing pool for free in the lobby. We wished the room had been a little bigger for the price. We had to pay $32 a day to park out car. When I go back to nashville I will probably pick another hotel to stay in.

Birthday in Nashville

Posted Jan 20, 2015
Pros: Other than the issues above the staff were friendly and accomodating. the room was nice with a nice view. Close to Broadway st and the Ryman
Cons: Our experience was good however I have stayed in a lot of cheaper hotels and got a lot better service especially in the restaraunt
Location: Lots of country music and The Ryman was a 5 minute walk. Location was very good.
The hotel room was good and the room was available when we checked in. Service in the resteraunt was unsatisfactory given the price of the breakfast. The person making omelettes was never on station and the food was not replenished in a orderly fashion. One time we waited over 10 minutes after we sat down before we could order drinks. When you pay 20 dollars per person for a breakfast buffet and you are serving yourself the food should be kept replenished and the servers shouldnt be too busy to bring you a drink. Especially given that there wasnt that many people in the resteraunt at the time. The Parking garage is not cohesive to super duty trucks and you may have to wait up to 30 minutes for the valet to bring your vehicle to you. We were there with a Fraternity Formal group and at times the elevators couldnt keep up and we had to use the stairs a few times. The housecleaning lady was asked for a toothbrush and brought toothpaste instead, she didnt understand English but was nice.

Without a Flaw

Posted Jan 13, 2015
Pros: Besides being a great room it was within walking distance of the things we had planned.
Cons: I would not change a thing.
Location: Our main objective was a room near the Ryman, what we were surprised to have was such a room that was modern in every detail.
The Sheraton in downtown Nashville was without a doubt the best single room my wife and I have ever stayed in. The room was like walking into a page of a travel magazine. Every detail of the room was perfect. This was a night we will remember.

Nice stay with great location!

Staff was very helpful and accomodating. Perfect location. Just a few short blocks to Broadway and all of the action. Rooms are clean and recently renovated. Fitness is great, offers many machines and weight lifting options. Elevators can be slow to catch during busy times.

Great hotel shame about the ataff

Posted Jan 4, 2015
Great hotel, well located and really nice rooms. But the staff really let down the experience. I expect at least basic assistance, helpfulness and service from a Sheraton hotel. My room did not get cleaned, a simple request I had was ignored three times and the staff generally made me feel like everything was a hassle for them. Won't be staying again.
