Pretty nice but dated

Posted Apr 9, 2015
I liked the view and how close everything was. I didn't like that they changed our room. We paid for a king size bed and got 2 really small beds. Not ideal for our first anniversary. There is no fridge or microwave in a deluxe room, which was a bit misleading, and had two dirty towels folded into our clean linens

Not like all the other hotels

Posted Apr 9, 2015
Pros: Loved the hotel decor and friendly staff.
Cons: Breakfast buffet seemed lacking for the price.
Location: Close to the interstate - we did not venture out as we had been traveling all day.
Upon entering the lobby you are struck with a stunning sense of class. The staff were very polite and professional. Bar near the lobby had excellent food choices, good beer selection, and friendly servers. Our room was extremely clean and pristine. Beautiful view of the Nashville night line. Offered a free shuttle to Nashville nightlife . My husband commented on the comfortable bed . This hotel was different than other hotels in that the decor was not the usual hotel look- it has a very up to date look. The Sheraton is decorated beautifully -- clean crisp lines and stunning popping accents. Our only negative is that the breakfast buffet is overpriced . We really enjoyed our one night stay and will plan to return to the Sheraton in the future.

Hotel is Close to downtown.

Posted Apr 2, 2015
Pros: Walking distance to downtown.
Cons: Amenities and price. Hotel is not worth the price.
Checked in and we were given no information about hotel amenities. There was nothing in the room about amenities. The staff was pleasant but indifferent towards guests. The room was fairly clean but you could tell the hotel had been recently renovated. The only benefit to staying at this hotel is it located within walking distance to downtown otherwise a cheaper hotel would have been better.

SEC Tourney Getaway

Posted Mar 16, 2015
Pros: Breakfast Bar
Cons: Validate parking with hotel reservation, police the club level amenities, as there were free-loaders that consumed these resources
Location: Downtown Nashville, SEC tourney and plenty of night life after the games.
Price was high due to the demand during the SEC tournament weekend. With the high price (450/night) we also has to pay $28/day to park in the hotel garage. Good luck trying to check out and use the elevator if you team was in the championship game. The positive was that the breakfast bar was great, however it was discouraging to learn that paying additional for club level (which included the freebies) and I could have gotten them by using a one of the four elevators.
