“Southern hospitality”

I worked for a high end hotel in portland oregon for 2 years. I wanted to see if the brentwood sleep inn would measure up. When we checked in the parking lot was clean and well lit the front desk clerk was professional and very helpful she went out of her way to help us w/directions, good restaurants in the area etc.The rooms and breakfast area were immaculate.Good job sleep inn! I give you 2 enthusiastic thumbs up!

“Great location for the price!”

I stayed at this Sleep Inn with my mother for Black Friday weekend shopping in the Nashville area. This hotel is literraly a block away from Cool Springs Galleria mall, and close to several other retailers. Everything was clean, the staff was nice, and the beds were comfy. Lots of food (sit down and drive-thru) close by. The only complaint I guess I'd have is that the desk clerk who checked us in told us there would be a refrigerator in our room. We got to the room, no fridge. I called to let her know, and she said she'd have it brought up in the morning. We came back from shopping the next afternoon, no fridge. We didn't really need the fridge, we got ice for our drinks, but I'm a believer in following through with promises made. We'd definately stay here again thought.

A spur of the moment reservation based upon a spur of the moment need ended up to be a very pleasant stay. Clean room with friendly and accommodating staff. Would definitely recommend to anyone in need of an economical room in the area.

When booking my hotel stay I read the reviews and was a bit apprehensive but I took a chance anyway. So glad I did! I had to call for directions when my gps took me to the mall instead of the hotel (this is not the hotel's fault) and Jim stayed on the phone with me until I was there. The main lobby, hallways and our room was very clean and comfortable. I was in Brentwood to take a registry exam and need to have a relaxing night which I most definitely did.

Hotel was comfortable and clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Only negative was the desk...not very useful because it had the t.v. and microwave on it...left very little space to work. Otherwise hotel was great.

Very friendly staff... Beds comfy, breakfast okay, was out if several items, but I am not a big breakfast person.

We enjoyed our stay. The hotel was an easy drive to the Franklin Theatre for our event. Also, close to shopping. Staff was very friendly.
