I booked my stay here through Expedia for a late checkin requesting a single queen bed and to pay upon arrival. Before I could arrive, I got calls from the front desk asking if they could charge my card. No. I arrive after 9pm from work and the attendant had a frown on his face and a look as if he had just rolled out of bed. Was not friendly. I get to my room and it's a double bed with a broken tv. I call front desk to report. They come to my room to verify and offer me another room. 2 minutes later, I get a call saying a technician will come fix it tomorrow. I ask what happened to me getting another room and they say THERE ARE NO OTHER ROOMS AVAILABLE. Overnight, I got BED BUG BITES sleeping in one bed, and so I switched to the other bed for my 2nd nights stay. The technician didn't fix the tv until later that afternoon while I was out instead of enjoying my room relaxing. I wake up the next day to complete darkness due to a power outage! So I didn't take a shower in the dark, packed up went to the front desk and asked if a manager was available and the answer was NO, which did not surprise me because Expedia had been trying to can them for 2 days straight on my behalf and was told the same thing. Do not stay here! I got an email from Expedia this morning saying the management would not Comp my stay and offer a refund for the inconvenience. If you want a Cheap hotel stay with bed bugs, no TV, no power and no management availability then go right ahead and stay here. Enjoy!

It was very clean but when i booked i had no idea location was part of an oasis. I was not happy with the location. Also, power went out on the morning of April 10th for about an hour while we were trying to get ready and start our day. We were only in Nashville for that day and were leaving the following morning . This cut time we had planned to see the sights. I would have hoped there would have been some kind of compensation.

Shower base has previous destruction. Phone handset cord was damaged beyond repair but was immediately resolved. TV connection was immediately resolved Place is clean but run down.

Overall, the inside of the bed room is a little dated, but it’s clean and there’s no bedbugs. The outside of the property is safe. Easy to get to parking as easy. Close to the airport but I did not use the airport. Otherwise pretty good basic hotel for a good price if you’re on a budget. Clean for cheap is alway great!!!

The room was not clean, the microwave and refrigerator inside the room was not working, the room didn’t have shower gel or soap and on calling the desk they asked me to go to the reception to get it. The peephole was open so somebody seems to have inserted a small piece of paper to close it. The elevator had a certificate displayed which expired in 2022. The stay was not that enjoyable.

1) It was average. 2) The good thing was that we were just there to get some sleep for the night. 3) People next door were grinding some thing in the room, and the paper-thin walls were doing nothing to insulate the noise.

That was supposed to have a tub. It only had a shower. The continental breakfast, was not very much at all. No eggs no sausage no bacon. No mail. The overall value for what we paid, I was disappointed. The area was not very clean. I got to the motel told him the price that I saw online. They said I couldn’t get that price I had to book it online, very disappointed about that.

It’s suppose to be a simple comfortable room. This one (122) was not quiet as the side entrance is right outside the door. It is very utilized and slams loud each time. Forget a restful sleep. The heater couldn’t keep up with the 25 degree night and the room got cold. The best was hard and the pillows were half sized. Rusty ceiling fixtures in bathroom shower that opens right into the room. Cracked wall over bed and very scratched up tv stand all make the place feel cheap and poorly maintained. Overall a poor experience.

Bed was the most uncomfortable i have ever slept on. Doors slamming all thru the night. I took a day off from work and checked out a day early and no refund for thr unused day. I my back couldnt take another night there.

I booked a king room, walked in and the room was TINY. The bathroom “door” was an accordion door, in the wall, meaning absolutely no privacy for the person in the bathroom. The room smelled like wet dog, upon arrival. The toilet ran all night long. The bed was atrocious, it was so hard! Entire room needs updated. Also, not located in a very good area. Save your money & your sanity, DON’T stay here!

I chose the option to pay at the property upon arrival. Hours before arriving, I received a notification from my bank that I had been charged the full amount. When I got there to check in it took a bit standing there, all to see someone finally raise from the desk and speak to me. The third floor smelt like “smoke”. The beds were old and uncomfortable. It was cold outside, and when we got into the room the air had been turned on and it was freezing. There was no in between, the air coming out was either burning hot and we woke up sweating, or trying to even use the fan only we were freezing cold. The air unit was missing the front plastic. I wanted to take a shower, but the water never even got warm. Vending machine wouldn’t work, so we couldn’t get anything from it. It was working the next morning. People were up and down the halls, sounding like they were stomping. We could hear music blaring from somewhere, and it never stopped. Overall not a great place in my opinion, however it was nice not to have to drive 2 hours home after a really long day. Definitely wouldn’t recommended, and wouldn’t stay again.

It was okay. Room was fine. Found a bug on the wall the next morning. Breakfast was not good. NO PROTEIN- the mini yogurt was all sugar, as was the cereal. Did not even attempt the waffle.

It was filthy, asked for a few more pillows, none available. Was told to roll up bed sheets into a pillow. The bathroom had mold and a previous leak from above , upper floor , poor repair. Unknown persons walking around the parking lot at night....Never again !
