Worst place we have ever stayed.

Posted Jun 25, 2015
What a mess. Checked in there was no air throughout the place but in the rooms. There were big dryers on our floor and holes in the ceilings working on things. Wires laying all over the place on main floor. Ants crawling all over the breakfast bar. Won't stay at another Super 8 after this!!

Great location, great services

Posted Jun 15, 2015
Pros: close to airport, restaurants, offers a shuttle service
Cons: I would have liked the pool to be open earlier.
Location: Close to airport, walking distance to restaurants, some stores (KMart, Walgreens). For a fee, a shuttle that goes to downtown Nashville
This is a great location! Close to the airport (a 4 min. shuttle ride), close to restaurants and some basic shopping (KMart, Walgreens). The staff was courteous, and I was impressed that this hotel offers round the clock shuttle service. It's sometimes difficult to determine whether a hotel shuttle service starts and stops at specific times.

Our one night stay

Posted Jun 13, 2015
Pros: Location, breakfast.
We found our room neat/clean; staff was friendly, willing to help us find ongoing activities; parking was close for us. I thought the room was priced a little high; the breakfast made the difference for us in the cost. I recommend this motel to others.

Inexpensive Hotel but still a good place to stay.

Posted Jun 8, 2015
Pros: Great Internet, Lots of restaurants near by and a friendly staff.
Cons: The rooms are a little outdated. The walls have obviously been painted over and over.
Location: Lots of restaurants, Kmart is across the street in case you forgot anything. 10-15 minute drive to either Gaylord Opryland or downtown Nashville.
I reserved my room here as it is close to downtown where I was attending a tradeshow. The hotel does offer a shuttle to and from the airport if you need it, but I drove so this was not needed. The rooms are a little outdated but everything was still functional. The A/C in the room kept the room nice and cool and would turn the room into a freezer if you were to turn it up too high. I had a standard queen size bed that had 4 pillows. Flat screen TVs are standard and every room had DirectTV so you can pull up a guide instead of clicking through every channel like in most hotels. The hotel does offer a nice free breakfast to all its guests. Breakfast includes waffle maker, eggs, bacon, biscuits & gravy, cereal and fresh fruit and various juices. Wifi is free and was surprisingly good. I was traveling without my family so I brought along my PS3 so I could do a little online gaming when I wasn't working. I did a number of speed tests each day and for all you gamers out there my ping was between 13-24 Download speed between 14-19 MB/s and upload speed between 4-9 MB/s. So it is not the greatest but is doable for online gaming. Danny, Elizabeth and Prince at the front desk were all very helpful in recommending restaurants. There is an indoor pool and they furnish towels but I did not take advantage of the pool during my stay. Overall I had a great time and will choose the Super8 Nashville Airport as my hotel for future stays in Nashville.

Ok for one night when need to go to the airport

Posted Jun 5, 2015
Pros: early breakfast: starts at 6 am but they settle most of it before so i could get a couple of things around 5:30.
Location: very close to the airport. Nothing around except restaurants and fast food chains.
stayed one night before an early flight. Chose it for its free airport shuttle 24/7. When I arrived at BNA, they told me the shuttle would come soon. 45 min later, still no one around and the agent on the phone did not know where the driver was. Had to go on my own and no apologies when I finally made it to the Super 8. Fortunately the ride back to the airport in the morning went without a problem.

Pros: The lobby, late checkout at noon, tv options
Cons: Bathroom care, better beds, hot tub repair, cleaner breakfast area
The lobby looked nice, so I was really hopeful upon checking in. The room was surprisingly small, the appliances were unplugged, the shower curtain was installed incorrectly, so it would not close. The breakfast was very congested and not kept clean. A lot of spilled food and drinks on the counter. The side entry to the hotel was left unlocked and wouldn't close all the way, meaning anyone could have come in. The pool had a sign on it saying "pool closed" and when we asked the man at the desk about it, he said it was open and to ignore the sign.... we thought that was lazy... why don't they take the sign off? The hot tub was warm, but the jets didn't work. Other guests were also having issues. The bed was uncomfortable, and only had a sheet and a very thin blanket. It got very cold, even when we did turn the AC on low, and then off.

Close to the airport

Very close to the airport which was great after a long flight. Super comfy beds. There is a few restaurants, fast food and shops close by. About 15 min drive from downtown Nashville. Enjoyed the stay while we were there.

Close to airport

Pros: I liked the location
Cons: Respect for others by the cleaning staff.
Location: We spend most of our time downtown.
The office staff was nice, found the kitchen breakfast staff rather rude. Was awakened by cleaning crew at 8 am right outside our door, in there supply closet, talking loudly and giggling. Very disruptive. There was mold in the bathroom near the ceiling. The space was cramped and a bit muggy. Would not chose to stay again.

Remodeled? Repainted was the remodel. Paint cing off of the doors. A used spatula was left after the cleaning, in plain sight. Stay away!
