Stinky Rooms.

Posted Jan 26, 2015
Pros: The indoor pool and cafe area are very nice. Shuttle to Gaylord hotel is a plus.
Cons: Rooms have a humid, musty smell, I had to keep my fan going all the time. TV has very limited selection of free channels and bad image quality.
Location: Good location, short distance to Opry Mills and shuttle to the Gaylord Hotel.
Overall a good hotel, however disappointing rooms due to a weird smell.

Pros: Indoor pool and hot tub.
Cons: Shuttle cost into town. I paid 40.00 for my wife and I to rode to the Opry at the Ryman.
Location: We enjoyed the Opry Mills Mall, and our visit downtown. We attended the Opry at the Ryman and really enjoyed it.
Loved the hotel, the food at the resteraunt was very good. We stayed for 3 nights, slept well, and enjoyed the attractions of Nashville.

Good value

Posted Jan 5, 2015
This was a moderately priced hotel, with moderate features. The desk staff was abrupt, and not very welcoming but they were very busy. The hotel is older, so the condition was expected to be less than perfect. One of our rooms had a hole in the wall by the bed and there was a small refrigerator sitting outside the room that mysteriously had no home. Our rooms had outside access which I was not aware of when I booked. The shuttle downtown was three times the cost of a taxi. But it was clean enough, and cheap enough. And a good value for the money. I'd stay again if I wasn't planning on spending too much time in the actual room. A good place to crash for a quick overnight stay.

Messed up our room!

Posted Jan 3, 2015
I had reserved a king size room on November 3rd for New Years Eve and they gave me two full size beds. The first time I complained the staff was rude and offered me 40.00 back or to cancel my reservation. It would of been impossible to find another room on New Years Eve. The next day the Manager on Duty was way nicer and gave me a full refund but I would never ever stay here again.

Beautiful pool, kid friendly

The Inn at Opryland was a nice facility and the staff was very friendly and eager to help with anything needed. The pool was the spotlight of the whole stay. It was also nice and quiet during the night. Thumbs up!

Pros: Clean and nice
Cons: Firmer pillows and better control of tempture.
Location: Very close to Opry Mull and several other attractions
The room was clean and nice size however the pillows are too soft even with three pillows I was still not comfortable also for some reason could not lower the tempture and became too hot and therefore didn't get a good night's sleep. Take your own pillows and ask for a small fan to cool the room down.
