“nice ,comfortable rooms”

this hotel has nice update rooms, convenient to malls ,restaurants , gas station. very clean rooms and comfortable matressess. would definetely stay there again.

“LOOKING FORWARD TO A RETURN TRIP”

Second time staying at this hotel and each time we have been very satisfied. The "desk" is very friendly and helpful. My only complaint are the pillows, I found them very hard and my neck hurt. Other than that, very pleasant stay at your hotel The breakfast was typical but it helps not to have to look for a restaurant or wait to get a table when you have a time frame. This is a nice convenience and it was very clean.

“Would Stay Here Again”

My daughter and I had to travel to Brentwood for a funeral. This hotel was located in a safe area and had everything you needed surrounding it (gas stations, stores, restaurants). The bed was very comfortable and the room was clean. The water pressure in the shower was very good and the towels were very thick and fluffy. The room showed signs of wear and tear but that is to be expected.

“Peacefull, Best Value in Cool Springs Area”

Our stay at this hotel with 4 adults was comfotable and relaxing. It is hard to find a hotel with 2 queen beds instead of doubles in this price range. Add in a large comfortable chair and foot rest, fridge, microwave, good in room coffee service you have everything you need. The hot and cold breakfast was above the usual with home made waffles that came out perfect every time. The workout room equipment was in great shape and the spa and pool very relaxing. Great resturants nearby anything you can think of from Asian, Cajun, Italian, Tex-Mex. Chain to private it is all there. Near historic Franklin and a short commute to downtown. Very safe area. Special treat our last monring looking out and seeing several deer and a doe. Enjoy

“Nice hotel.”

Nice hotel. A little expensive for what you actually receive, but still a nice play to stay. The pool isn't the greatest though.

“Bring your own pillow”

The hotel was very clean and well maintained. Breakfast was good with a nice selection of hot and cold items. The room was spacious but the bed was not the most comfortable and the pillows were worse. After 3 nights my husband and I both had backaches. The location was a bit tricky to get to and we were glad we had Garmin to direct us. Lots of shopping and restaurants close by. We will stay here again but will bring our own pillows.

“Will return”

My recent stay was wonderful and the location was most convenient for my purpose in visiting Brentwood. The room was clean and quiet. I did not take advantage of any other amenities, but they are conveniently located near the lobby--swimming pool, workout room, and breakfast area. My two 'complaints' are FYIO and are 'invalid' since I never mentioned either to the staff. The bathroom only has one switch for lights and air vent. The vent sounded like a truck, but must not have bothered me much since I did not complain. Also, while in-room coffee service was fine, it would have been nice to have stirrers. None were available. Overall, I was most pleased and will stay there again.

hotel was conveniently located, easy to find, clean and well maintained. The price was a good deal and the breakfast included was tasty.

“Great place to stay, great area”

We enjoyed our recent stay. The mattresses and pillows were great! They have a very nice breakfast buffet that was included. It is located in a good, safe area and is convenient to many things. They are doing some remodeling, but it did not interfere with our stay. I would definitely recommend anyone to stay here. We will definitely go back.
