"beautiful beach, beautiful property."
very relaxing! Dunes restaurant was delicious. Beach staff was great! Inconsistent service with in room staff....deliveries were not always on time or when requested. Bed was uncomfortable and although management said they would fix the problem, they never did. Even though we had these slight issues, we will surely be heading back!

"OK for the price for a short stay!"
Based on the reviews I read about this hotel, I didn't expect much and was completely OK with that. I have family in Nassau and went for a long weekend to attend a wedding. Since I know how hot it is Nassau during the summer months I just needed some place that I could sleep in A/C and didn't want to pay alot of money since my husband in and I was were only going to be in the room for a few hours each day, didn't make sense paying resort prices since we weren't looking for any amenities. The hotel staff was very friendly and the hotel is situated downtown in walking distance of anything you want (beach, restaurants, bars and shopping on Bay Street) so need to incur taxi or rental car expenses if you don't need too. Directly across from the beautiful Junkanoo beach where alot of the cruise ship guests walk to. The beach bars where packed with patrons and a live band plays on the weekends. The hotel was safe, no drama or issues. The room was clean enough to stay in to sleep and take a shower and roll out. I would stay here again if I need another quick trip to Nassau.

"Beachfront -- Warmest Calmest Beach. "
The best beach location for relaxing, easy swimming, snorkeling, floating on the blue Caribbean sea. No waves. Food choices and quality was far below my expectation -- in comparison to other All Inclusives I've experienced. But the food tasted good. Staff in general was abrupt. ( Reception desk, Dining room, House cleaning) I might be wrong but it felt like a "coldness" in their demeanor or just a seeming dissatisfaction with their job. But there were a few amongst them who demonstrated warmth. I even wished I could make some of them look happy. No bedbugs, thank God, but the terrace windows and shower glass had green mildew & the "terrace" rails were filthy; the door jammed & creaked excessively and required tremendous effort to close!! Hair that wasn't ours was there, lamp without lightbulb - and a general air as if Housecleaning does not do a good job. However, we nicely complained and some things were checked. The next day No Squeaks! No Green mildew on terrace glass, terrace rails cleaned, light bulb installed. But Why did we have to complain in the first place? A bus runs not too far from the hotel that goes downtown. Very inexpensive. We took it to go buy gallon of water because we didn't like the strong taste in the water & it was cheaper than buying water at the hotel store. I love the location and would return to Nassau. Not sure if I'd go back to Breezes but maybe a review like mine will force them to make changes. Then I'd be happy to return to Breezes.

"Stressed? Try This Laid-back Spot"
As far away from the Spring-breakers as you'd like to get, Coral Harbor Beach House is a great place to put your feet up. It's ideal for honeymooners on a budget, an artist's retreat or a residence for those employed seasonally. The Sands Bar is well-stocked, has tasty pub grub available. It's also a spot for the locals, so mind your P's & Q's.

"Nice hotel with a beautiful beach"
The hotel is located very close to Downtown Nassau within walking distance of shopping and dining. The hotel is older but still very nice and comfortable. The staff was really friendly and helpful and the beach was absolutely beautiful. We enjoyed our stay very much and would recommend this hotel.
