Hotel is ok

Posted Jul 25, 2014
Pros: Location and closeliness to sea and other attractions
Cons: Electricity. TV and kettle were connected to it through some ubs device which was going out of work from time to time and had to be reset.
Location: Sea, predators lagoon, kids pool and alzy river ride
Hotel is fine, close from the beach and major attractions. Staff is very welcoming and friendly. Only annoying thing which is probably common for Atlantis in general was finding a place to have a dinner. You need to make reservations in advance since there are not that many restaurants. Having a small child it is hard to make plans and stick to it.

A paradise in Paradise Island

Posted Jul 21, 2014
Pros: the concept - blending nature and tourism services! it is amazing to watch sharks, turtles, colorful fish, rainforest surroundings, beaches together
Cons: The attitude of few employees. Cashiers have the worst services attitude. The rest of the employees are very kind
Location: Exuma tour!! we spent a whole day in a boat trip to Exuma island. We snorkel, feed iguanas, feed sharks, eat and swim in virgin beaches.
For seven days and six nights my kids and I stayed at Coral Towers. The location resulted ideal. Coral Towers is closed to Casino, two Buffet restaurants, three fine dining restaurants, 500m from the beach, between three swimming pools, close to the lazy river, 200m to the main aquarium, the lobby is connected to luxury shopping area. The marina village is no more than 700 m to the hotel. The concept is unique. You need more time to use all facilities. I will only suggest that cashier at every point should improve their attitude.

Resort Atmosphere

Posted Jul 18, 2014
Pros: The concierge and front desk staff were extremely helpful even though other people would be screaming at them with ridiculous demands.
Cons: Make visitors aware of dining reservation requirements upon check in. We waited 45 minutes for pizza our 1st night because no one told us.
Location: Location is great is you're looking for a "Resort Experience." If you want authentic Bahamas, this is NOT the place.
Nice hotel most of the staff were very accommodating within the towers itself. However, at the "resort" waterpark/pool area most staff attitudes reflect the fact that they deal with entitled, whiny guests all day, so they are definitely not as friendly- but then again if I had parents constantly screaming at me about how much $$ they spent and kids complaining and crying about anything and everything when they're in Paradise it would be hard for me to remain upbeat as well. Overall a fun resort experience but food prices are high and keep in mind that if you want to eat dinner basically anywhere within the resort you will need to make a reservation in advance (the day before or first thing in the morning). We stopped by a nearby grocery store which saved us quite a bit. Also a tip, if you don't want to spend the $$$$ to stay at Atlantis you can stay at Comfort Suites literally right next door for much cheaper and they offer the same wristbands for resort access. You also get a free breakfast. We stayed there our last night because the Atlantis was going to try to charge us $600 to add one night to our stay. DEFINITELY not worth that.

Good location at Atlantis

Posted Jul 11, 2014
Lobby beautiful and good location to marina area. Some rooms showing some wear. We switched rooms as our AC wasn't too great. But the staff was great in trying to make it better for us. This was our 3rd stay in 7 years. Would go back again.

Older hotel in huge complex

Posted Jul 8, 2014
Pros: There was a Starbucks downstairs that was great. My daughter and her friend liked the teen hang out club that was opened at night.
Cons: Limit the people into the water park. The cost of the teen club was overpriced.
Location: Location was great. We could walk anywhere in the huge complex or take a complimentary shuttle. Plenty of restaurants in walking distance.
We didn't mind that it was an older hotel, you get what you paid for, and we were able to enjoy the features at the more upscale hotels. We arrived early, ate lunch and returned when our room was ready. Well the room wasn't ready. The bathroom wasn't cleaned so we had to wait for the maids to finish cleaning. They apologized, but it was still not a first welcoming image in the room. The room was comfortable for the four of us and I liked the idea of saving money on the room. The main drawback to the whole complex was the crowds. Every morning as I enjoyed my coffee from the balcony I would watch the bus load after bus load of tourists from the docked cruise ships coming into Atlantis to use the water park. We had to adjust our activities and not go to the water park until after 4;00pm when they all left. The staff was very friendly and helpful and I liked the pool area. It was a nice place and I would recommend it with the warning about the crowds.

Great for kids of all ages!

Posted Jul 2, 2014
Pros: The Aquaventure waterpark
Cons: Definitely surpassed my expectations.
Location: Any activity that's at the resort was walking distance (for me). There's a complementary shuttle service to get around too.
It was a wonderful time. Most of the stay was spent at splashers but, we also enjoyed many other activities on and off the resort.
