The hotel is one of many belonging to this resort. The rooms in Coral Towers seem "old" for the price but the room was very clean and well kept. The resort is extremely large and an initial video would be a good idea to let you know about the grounds and the restaurants that are closed on different days. Also, the water park and resort are destinations for outside visitors (from cruise ships) and get very busy during the afternoon. Going to the water park around 5 PM is a good idea as lines are shorter. Kids love the water park. There are plenty of pools to choose from for a lovely afternoon and there is more than one beach to pick. Individually the staff were very pleasant; however, they seemed more rigid when asked to accomodate a situation.

You get more "room" across the street

Posted Aug 19, 2014
Pros: You're located "on campus", you can use your room card to charge your room instead of bringing cash.
Cons: ADD a free mini-fridge ADD a table and a few chair to eat - even if small SOMETHING!!!
Location: Lots of stuff to do when you go to Atlantis...
We have stayed both at the Comfort Suites (end of the block) and at Atlantis "Coral Towers" and you get more "room" and a free breakfast buffet at the CS. I was over charged for dinner and they couldn't fix it on the spot b/c they said that the Food and Beverage was not open. Also, at CS you get a mini-fridge, at Atlantis they charge you for every little thing! Mini fridge is 15.00 per day.

Nice hotel, close to beach, fun water slides.

Pros: Lots of things to do with kids
Cons: Lot of walking involved
Location: The resort has plenty to do, but Fish fry is a good place to try local food.
Family had a lot of fun, plenty to do for all. Great food, a bit expensive but everyone loved it.

We got a room with a great view. Loved it. Everything worked out well for us. Staff is excellent. Having access to all the Atlantis attractions is awesome. Will bring my kids next time.

Great spot - lots of extras

Posted Aug 7, 2014
Pros: See Experience
Cons: See experience
Location: great water sports, close to downtown by ferry or taxi, there is tons of interesting marine life at the resort.
What a great spot with lots to do during the day. It's like living in paradise. On the down side, there's not too much to do at night after supper, unless you like the casino because that's really the only option. Also, the service in some of the restaurants (e.g.. Olives) was disappointing, although all of the food was delicious. The hotel staff, especially the maids were fantastic and the room was kept very clean and tidy, as was the hotel in general. I would recommend it if the price is right. There are lots of extras with costs as well. They charge for everything and nothing is included. Even so, it's an awesome resort with great pools and beaches. Super relaxing.

Loved all the water activities- Be sure to make reservations upon arrival if you want to dine in the resort restaurants. Food was expensive but good.

Great for families. Not very relaxing for couples. The Cove building is the best option for a more adult experience. The water slides were fun. Everything is overpriced, but that is to be expected. The hotel staff were mostly friendly, they are very slow though. Had a bad experience at Mesa Grille, the hostesses where awful and rude!
