Beautiful right on the beach. Staff were great. The rooms were small, very small. Too many things to pay for that should already be included in the price of the room ie. electricity and maid service. It's also hard to imagine I could get internet service at the local restaurant but was charged 10 dollars a day to have it in my room.

Young couple on week-long getawayPosted Aug 18, 2014
Pros: Location, staff attitude, restaurant food
Cons: Restaurant wait staff, beach cleanliness and lounge chairs
Location: Fish Fry, Straw market, Atlantis Resorts, both Blue Lagoon and Exuma excursions
Eight day trip with my girlfriend in early August. Luckilly, we caught incredible weather to compliment the warm blue waters. Room was relatively clean and we had no complaints except for the springy bed lacking much cushioning. Ocean view was worth the money we think (the cruise ships are quite impressive) Staff: The concierge was extremely helpful and friendly with everything from dining options to day-long excursions (i.e. Blue Lagoon island and Exuma trip with Powerboat adventures), a big help considering we didn't do our homework beforehand. Short wait for front desk. Doormen and staff are friendly and always greet you Facilities: Wi-fi is free to guests in the lobby/pool/beach, but is an expensive paid service in the rooms. Beach area was decently maintained as was the pool (which was surprisingly small yet clean from what I had understood from the pictures). Pool bar is NOT attached the the pool; it is a good 30 ft from the pool and is quite expensive (15USD wraps and 9USD tropical drinks). Aqua, the restaurant on site, has good food and was on par with expectations from the "tourist high" prices, but the staff is not very speedy Location: Taxis are readily available at the front entrance to the hotel. The location is great... walking distance to several eateries and shopping areas both to the left and right of the hotel. Paradise Island is a ~$12 taxi ride. The Fish Fry, a group of food stands and restaurants with local cuisine, is a solid 20 minute walk west

Excellent atmosphere! Quiet, peaceful site.Posted Aug 18, 2014
BC Hilton was everything we had hoped!! Worlds away from the carnival-like atmosphere of other resorts, we were able to enjoy the beautiful harbor view in its natural serene setting.

Beautiful beach and pool facilities.Posted Aug 13, 2014
Some of the room cleanliness standards could have been better. The pillows were not comfortable. The staff were friendly and overall the hotel was centrally located and a pleasure to visit for our six days in Nassau.

Was not satisfied with them charging $17 a day for cleaning and electricity. Such a big hotelchain should have this included. But it was the same all over Nassau, expensive and extracharges and people are rude in general.

We had a great visit! We loved the hotel and the staff was wonderful. Our room was always clean and everyone was so willing to help make our stay wionseful. Marcus and Delvera we our favorites! Breakfast was too expensive so we ended up buying food at the local market. There was a fridge in the room.

VacationPosted Jul 31, 2014
Pros: the private beach and location to bay street
Cons: We booked a dinner cruise and the cruise cancelled and concierge never told us.
Location: Senior Frogs next door was fun.
We had a queen room and the bathroom door only opened about 30 degrees before hitting the toilet. The energy Surcharge and the charge for cleaning your room was 24 a day plus 10 dollars per couple a day and they only cleaned the room twice,

Cons: Time to update finishes, carpeting, furniture, paint, perhaps remodel.
Hotel was nice, at first impression in need of some updating. The grounds are nice and well kept. Staff was pleasant and helpful.
