“Not a good place to stay”

We requested a room with 2 double beds and they did not have any. The room we got had one bed, no TV, no shower head and no linens. We had to wait over two hours for towels and they were not even dry. The restaraunt and bar were closed and appeared to have been for quite some time.

“Superb staff...not so much on the accomodations.”

The coolest and most congenial staff on the planet!! Not the nicest accomodations. They are in the process of remodling and the place is not necessarily what the pictures show. The staff; however, more than made up for it. I can't say enough about the people...the rat running around the pool was another story...

“Clean, friendly...but that's it.”

Nice people but overpriced for what it is: a bare-boned place to stay.

“Beware of this hell hole”

Upon check-in I was told my room wasn't available. Having a reservation through Expedia I was not happy given the fact I was in another country and had no way to make a call. The clerk would not allow me the courtesy of using there's adding to insult. She suggested I take the only room they had a single and she would provide a cot for my friend. Mindful my RESERVATION was for two double beds for two adults. Entering the room it was merely that. A room with one bed. The closets had no doors and the television was missing from the wall mount. There was one towel, one wash cloth and no toiletries or toilet paper. A complete and utter hell hole.

“The worse experience of my life.”

This is not a hotel, it is more like a bad motel. The doors are falling off, windows don't close, no hot water, dirty and with no wifi although they advertise. I left the hotel after the first night of my 7 day stay. I waisted my money because ended up paying another hotel. Expedia should not have this "hotel" as an option.

“don't go there”

It's an hotel??? No way...I paid the update of a room that doesn't exist, I'm arrived there and I took the room, she gave us 2 towel and the first room key was not working, so we move to a second one, ok. After we had to single bed, I don't know last time they clean the room, shower on common with another room (empty fortunately, so we close the other door..) The day after asking for taxi, no taxi... So we went on the street calling the bus...anyway, is this a resort??? Really is?? Cmon guys...it worth 5$ per night...maybe...next time they have to pay me ti stay there...not I have to...omg disaster

“Don't do it.”

I reserved a double room and when we arrived this hotel doesn't even have double rooms. You have to ring the doorbell to enter the lobby. The rooms look like jail cells. This place is not where you want to stay. We felft unsafe here. We ended up staying at a different hotel.
