Graycliff Hotel is a colonial mansion with lush tropical gardens featuring two restaurants, including a French/Bahamian restaurant with the largest private award winning wine collection in the region. The Graycliff restaurant is recognized as one of the top dining establishments in the world and serves delicious continental cuisine with a Caribbean touch, while the Brazilian steakhouse offers a more casual experience. The hotel boasts spacious private gardens, two pools with poolside service, a sauna, jacuzzi, and fitness centre.
Guests can enjoy a beach experience at Blue Lagoon Island, complete with beach chairs and tranquil waters (lunch, dolphin/sea lion experience and taxi to Pier additional). Amenities include several gardens, patio, complimentary valet and self parking, 3 meeting rooms, technology support staff, luggage storage, and assistance with tours/tickets, as well as babysitting and childcare services. Shuttle vans, limos, or town cars of varying prices are available at an additional cost.
Adjacent to the property, Graycliff brand cigars are hand rolled in the new Graycliff Cigar Factory where guests can enjoy watching the torcedores as they create the world renown cigars which complement Graycliff’s Restaurants cuisines and wines. Graycliff Restaurant - Internationally acclaimed fine-dining restaurant frequented by Bahamian government, business, and social elite as well as visiting celebrities seeking private dining in a wine-cellar room. 5 dining rooms, including gazebo with bleached-wood ceiling overlooking gardens. Pink tablecloths with crocheted white tops. Award-winning wine cellar containing 275,000 bottles, including numerous 19th-century vintages.
Breakfast service only for hotel guests. (Guestroom and poolside breakfast service, also.) Open to public for lunch and dinner. Wine luncheon (4-course meal paired with wines and wine-cellar tour) available for a surcharge Monday–Friday (except holidays); reservations required.
Lunch choices include conch chowder, grouper, rack of New Zealand lamb, and grilled salmon with lemon-caper-butter sauce.
Dinner choices such as lobster morsels in Spanish-saffron cream sauce; escargots with wild mushrooms in wine-cream sauce; caviar selection; foie gras with black truffles; lobster-foie-gras terrine; smoked seafood with watercress sauce; stone-crab claws; warm salad with shrimp and smoked duck; chicken breast stuffed with prosciutto and spinach; double center-cut pork chop with calavdos; mussels and Madagascar scampi in garlic coulis; grilled yellowfin tuna with Roquefort; rack of venison for two in wine-wild-mushroom sauce; dry-aged U.S. prime-grade steaks; and dry-aged Angus steaks.
Dinner also available in the wine cellar or at the chef's table in the kitchen.
Humidor Churrascaria - Casual, al fresco-dining Brazilian restaurant. Unlimited grilled and skewered meats, banquet-style buffets, salads, bean dishes, vegetables, fresh fish, Brazilian specialties, beverages, and desserts. Closed on Sundays.

The Graycliff Hotel's gardens include a 65-foot, four-lane lap pool and a 30-by-15-foot pool, both flanked by sunbathing decks. A complimentary air-conditioned fitness center, open 24 hours a day, contains free weights and cardio and weight machines. For surcharges and on request, outside instructors come to the hotel and provide tae bo and Tai chi classes. The hotel offers a day pass for complimentary entry to Dolphin Island. Some features of the island incur additional charges.
