“Atlantis is wonderful”
This was our third trip to Atlantis, and we had stayed in the royal and beach towers in the past. The Harborside resort was very nice and was perfect for our 4 children as we had a full kitchen, and a separate bedroom. The shuttle service was on easy to use and efficient. The restaurant was great and had a view of the harbor area. The food is very expensive anywhere in the Atlantis, so the kitchen was cost effective.
“Nice relaxed atmosphere”
Was at Harborside Resort in August '09. We were a family of four in a one bedroom suite with a pull out sofa. The room was very nice, we had daily room service and found a grocery store within walking distance that was reasonable even though the resort has a small store with all the basic necisities that you might need. The pool is located basically on the harbor and the whole feeling of the hotel was very relaxing. Would stay there again.
“A great spot”
This hotel featured brand new accomadations from the furniture to the appliances. The shuttles to the Atlantis ran every few minutes if you did not want to take the 10 minute walk. The pool and lunch spot at the harborside were a little more quiet than those at the main part of Atlantis. As far as the location, our room was on the main floor in building 3, very close to the bridge access from Nassau, it was quite loud by sunup with car traffic and beeping horns.. would definitely try to get a room on one of upper floors and possibly closer to the water...
“Best Vacation in a very long time”
Excellent hotel and great customer service. Workers and people very friendly. We noticed they cleaned the room the day before they was suppose to. We put out the do not disturb sign the rest of the week. Didn't know if we would have surprise bill for cleaning....
“Can't wait to go back”
This is one of the best resorts I have ever been to. The villa was very clean and big! There were two tv's which is great since my husband loves to watch sports and I don't. We also had a full kitchen, washer & dryer, dvd player, dining room, and a balcony with a nice view. The bed was so comfortable and soft- it was a sealy. The resort is incredible since you get full access to atlantis. The pools are very clean, waterslide is fun, and the beach is absolutely gorgeous. The service is excellent. However, the food is very pricey. There is a good buffet called Marketplace which is $21.00 per person for lunch and $50.00 per person for dinner. The food was good and had a decent selection. The other restaurants are extremely pricey except for Johnny Rockets- 1 burger costs $8.00, but does not include fries. There is also a Haggen Dazz and Starbucks. All of the employees were so friendly. I really enjoyed my stay here and I do plan on going back.
“Get away from it all!”
If you are planning to go to Atlantis, stay at the Harborside. Quiet, serene and has all the amenities. If you are traveling with children the Harborside is the place to stay. The luxury of a hotel and the amenties of home.
“Gorgeous”
Very nice, but expensive!! No free cup of coffee at this resort!
“Paradise vacation”
Loved the flexibility of staying where we could enjoy breakfast, lunch and snacks at our leisure in our villa away from the crowds. Housing was convenient to all venues. Surrounded by exquisite sites with lots to see, fun events in which to participate, while enjoying the protection of excellent unobtrusive security. Downside was bedroom having choice of only a king sized bed instead of two separate beds. Used pull out sofa bed in living room instead. Found offsite transportation extremely expensive. Great spot for vacation. Bring lots of spending money!
“Great Time”
Will return again, great time.

Area:
Paradise Island, New Providence Island, Bahamas: Paradise Island resembles Las Vegas-upon-the-Caribbean with its fanciful resorts and white sands. Tourists often head to the islands casinos, five-star restaurants, and shopping gallerias; its beaches, water parks, and nightclubs, however, are geared primarily for resort guests. The Potters Cay fish market is an easy detour from Paradise Island. Grouper and conch are typical catches of the day.
