There is a road under the water.Posted Jun 30, 2014
Very close to Royal Tower. You can walk around the Yachts or take a shuttle which is really only 1 minute away. BRING water shoes the floor is very hot, when you are walking from one slide to another. The resort was very comfortable and expensive. But if you bring your own food it works out well.

Great hotel in an amazing "Atlantis" environmentPosted May 29, 2014
Pros: Location on paradise island and access to other hotels, bars, restaurants, beaches and sight-seeing is priceless. Also, shuttle bus system is awesome
Cons: Most of the staff are helpful, courteous and friendly but few of the staff could do with a smile on their faces
Location: Shopping, eating out (expensive), sight-seeing and 5min taxi ride to downtown. Note: Its very expensive to dine and eat there - mind blowing prices!
Villa was just what we had in mind. All amenities and decor were in great standards and being able to cook, wash cooking utensils (dishwasher), wash clothes via washing machine and dryer (being with a young famly) made our stay a painless one. The swimming pools are fantastic and the private pool was so handy as we were there with our young family (4 yr and 3 yr old boys).

We have stayed at Atlantis many times but this was our first time staying at Harbor Resort in the condos. It was very convenient to everything and the size of the room was great. What we really enjoyed was being able to have a leisurely breakfast in the comfort of our room! Would recommend this the next time you stay at Atlantis.

expensive for the quality of accomodations. Service generally lacking. The resort pools and entertainment for family is excellent

Nice to be able to getaway from the main hotel if desired. Limited computers and pricey wifi is a drawback.

Liked the quieter aspect of Harnorside but elevator was down most of our stay, the staff didn't communicate power down at all, and their service wasn't consistent. Only cleaned unit once in 6 days.

Very nice location and comfort.Posted Mar 16, 2014
Great location with access to all we needed. Very high cost was only down side. Spring Break and the fabulous amenities drive cost up. The staff was great, the food choices and quality was very good, and the entertainment options outstanding.

Perfect for family of five visiting AtlantisPosted Feb 23, 2014
Pros: Staff were all friendly and professional. Apartments well designed and appointed.
Cons: Our in-room phone did not work. The pool hours should be longer (only 9am to 5pm) though closing was fairly lax and we were never asked to leave.
Location: Location offers a nice separation from the Atlantis park itself. It is a ten minute walk or a 3 minute shuttle. Shuttle buses arrive often.
My wife and three children (13,12 and 10) just returned from a seven night stay at Harborside. Our unit, 4795, was on the fourth floor. We had a limited view of the nicely kept grounds, and it was good to be on a higher floor to take full advantage of the steady breeze. The apartment was clean and attractive with carpets, paint, and all in fresh condition. Kitchen was very adequate, all appliances were good quality and worked as new. We ran the dishwasher daily, and dishwasher detergent, dish soap, scubbing towels were all provided. The bathroom has a nice whirlpool tub and large walk-in shower. The room was thoroughly cleaned twice and we received ample (way more than enough) fresh towels daily. Anything we needed was provided promptly. The pool is beautiful, clean, perfect temperature. Plenty of lounge chairs, shady spots and umbrellas, as well as hammocks. At least four days the kids were ready to go back to the apartment early afternoon - too much sun, stimulation and walking at the park - and my wife and I ready by the pool with the kids coming and going as they pleased. We ate 80% of our meals in the apartment, and my wife made some very nice dinners with the dry food we packed and local meat, eggs, produce we had delivered to us. I estimate we saved about $2000 by preparing our own food. We know we can find better food at our local restaurants than is served at even the higher end places on Paradise Island, so eating out was not important to us.
