I felt like royalty!!!!!!Posted May 18, 2015
The cove is a wonderful experience from the time you walk through the doors, to the time you get into your room with beautiful view and right through to eating at the Mosaic or grabbing a drink at the Seaglass Lounge. The customer service and customer is unmatched and I was thoroughly impressed and I'm overly satisfied with the time that we spent there. My only regret is that we didn't stay longer!!!

Fabulous hotel right on the beach!Posted May 11, 2015
Perfect hotel for families!!! There are plenty of activities to keep you entertained without even leaving the resort!!! This is a must stay for anyone visiting the Bahamas!!

We had 3 rooms and all were outstanding.Posted May 4, 2015
Pros: We enjoyed every part, no exceptions. The beach was one of the best ever.
Cons: I'm not sure you can do anything about the humidity..... It was also extremely expensive, but still a great experience
Three couples, three nights, unlimited fun and sun.

Fantastic hotel, great view, recommend west facePosted May 2, 2015
Pros: Rooms, Cain pool
Cons: Turndown service came at a weird time - right when you are getting ready for dinner-6ish, and they won't come back if you ask for a few extra minutes
Location: Great location, downtown Nassau was fun - I suggest a city tour.
Definitely worth the visit, but expect to pay! Pricey drinks, food, etc, but well worth it - great ambiance, Cain is a fantastic place to get away from all the kids, but close enough to hit the water parks. Aquatic life is fantastic, beaches are great, and the water is superb! Lots off fish in the water - I suggest bring a banana down and toss in the water - fish go crazy! Excellent shuttle service if you don't want to walk, however walking is great - lots to see and do as you walk between buildings, plus all if it is covered on those rainy days.

Excellent Time @ THE COVEPosted Apr 27, 2015
Pros: Location / Pool / hotel room views
Cons: Service is sometimes slow
Location: Great location - easy to move from resorts & harbor with shuttle service
Best Pool to party at from a global perspective! Yes...better than Vegas or LA for day parties! Beach just outside pool area...gambling footsteps from pool. Large Area to hang out and soak up the scene and sunshine. Great location to hit the river pool and slides for a break from the party too! Will definitely come back! Hotel is pricy & so are drinks/food...so be prepared to spend some $$$ down there.

The customer servicePosted Apr 18, 2015
Customer service is the worst I ever experienced. They don't treat you like a value customer. Hotel is very nice but need to have more people that cares about the customers.

Hotel is spectacular in size and beautyPosted Apr 13, 2015
This was not our first trip to Atlantis but it was our first trip during the Easter Holiday. The hotel and property were crowded but manageable while the cruise ships were not there, otherwise very crowded. I don't understand why they would entertain this with a sold out hotel. Prices are beyond belief. If you don't make restaurant reservation ahead of your trip you will be forced to order room service or go outside the property into town. Go into town!

Ocean Suite at The Cove AtlantisPosted Apr 5, 2015
Pros: The hotel is beautiful and the staff is friendly and helpful
Cons: The availability of hot water was a bit spotty: not cold, but rarely more than warm.
Location: Atlantis is a self contained resort (water park, restaurants, casino, activities, etc.)
We (two adults and two kids) stayed in an Ocean Suite on the 19th floor of The Cove Atlantis for four nights over spring break 2015. The room was wonderful and the view was spectacular. The separate pool and beach area only for Cove and Reef guests was a welcome retreat from the primary resort areas filled with guests from all the other Atlantis hotels and visiting cruise ships. We have stayed in the Atlantis Royal Towers previously and the experience at the Cove was significantly more enjoyable. If/when we decide to go back to Atlantis again, we will stay at the Cove or the Reef or we simply won't go.
