Nothing open outside after 6pm. Not worth the costPosted Aug 20, 2014
Staff trained like to robots but nobody really cares about you as a guest. We will never come back. Pseudo sifisticayion. Generally mediocre food for a lot of money. It has nothing open outside after 6 pm. Makes no sense to come to Bahamas and have the only option for the evening to sit in casino. This is just watermark.

Great view and amazing roomPosted Aug 1, 2014
Just need to work on guests perks so they feel more welcomed then feeling like being hustled the whole stay. Staff is great rooms are beautiful just need to work on prices so it fits better to others needs and shouldn't have the entire frig in room filled with chargeable snacks so there's room for your own food! Need to be more specific on local calls cause it's ridiculous to be charged for making local calls 2.00 a minute! It be great if Atlantis had their own taxi service it would go a long way! Overall great time just a few tweeks.

Highway Robbery!Posted Jul 29, 2014
Pros: The concierge was helpful booking our flight out.
Cons: No smoking indoor, normal F&B prices. Train the personnel to learn their job and be courteous.
Location: N/A - left as soon as we could.
Long list of AWFUL: (1) Had to wait for our room 4 hours; (2) reserved a king size away from the pool and music and got exactly what we did NOT want; (3) Drinks and food is outrageously expensive, making Manhattan, Paris or London look really cheap... Felt like a CAPTIVE audience that was stuck and ripped off. We were so uncomfortable we took the next flight out.

Spectacular property but too busyPosted Jul 14, 2014
Magnificent property; Wonderful staff; Fabulous rooms!!! Great for families and singles crowd looking for a "scene"............. but Too big. Too crowded. And they nickel and dime you at every opportunity. I paid $750/night for my room and they still charged me $5 to use a computer in the business center so I could check in with my airline. When I asked where I could print my boarding passes, I was told it was $1.25 PER PAGE !!!! (I declined). I've been nickel and dimed before but that is the most offensive, disgusting fee I have ever seen in my 54 years. Next time I'm going back to the Ocean Club.

Gorgeous views, nice ambiance. Rude staff.Posted Jul 9, 2014
Pros: View, cleanliness, Mosaic buffett.
Cons: Staff attitudes.
Location: You do not need to leave the area! Everything is literally on Atlantis property.
Our room was comfortable although not inspected prior to our arrival as the bed pillows and throws were on the couch- as though they had been misplaced. Views of the ocean were stunning. The property and grounds are great however the staff was rude and unpleasant- lunch at Cain was a disappointment.

Relaxing WeekendPosted Jul 1, 2014
Pros: Great layout of the room. The views, The beach!!
Cons: It's so large. Assign personal golf carts would be a great ideal.
Location: We went of site quite a bit. Not much happening other then the fish fry downtown. Atlantis should run a shuttle to Fish Fry hourly.
I had a great stay at the Cove. It was everything I expected. It was tough getting reservations at the Resturants(must make reservations well in advance to get the time you wish) but that allow us to discover the Mosic Buffett. It was great. The pool was a riot, with a great DJ playing all the old school jams. Loved it! The beach was wonderful. Not one problem getting chairs with towel service. I will say you must get a meal plan. We had breakfast and dinner. What a steal.

Great hotel for couples and families. Only downside is there is not much to do in the evening if you don't gamble.

Nice but quite "touristy"Posted Jun 10, 2014
Pros: Gorgeous room and full ocean/pool view- but that is expected when you pay $800 per night.
Cons: basically everything is significantly overpriced, downtown area felt hustled , food mediocre at the fine dining restaurants
Location: Pool, beach, harbor shops, fish fry
It was a beautiful facility, very overpriced and not much to do other than the Cain pool at the Cove, the beach, and restaurants that we are used to in the States- Kind of a Las Vegas feel in the casino, but not quite. I felt like I was Disneyland much of the time, even though we were at the Cove for our stay. DJ at the Cain pool, loved playing rap music. Nice experience, but nothing unique. the shuttle service was great.
