“poorly maintained and managed”

Very unfriendly desk clerk. Room was superficially clean, but had dust and dirt behind everything. Non smoking room but still had a musty smell.

“I would not recommend this hotel!”

This hotel was overpriced and not maintained well. It seemed as if it was purchased and nothing much was done to fit anything. Room had an odor, one of two lights didn't light, etc.
