Muito barulho devido a movimentação dos carros na rua, uma acústica seria o ideal, o chão do quarto parecia não estar varrido, vaso sanitário também parecia ter sido usado e não lavado, cabides empoeirados, torneiras da pia e chuveiro pingando mesmo quando desligados. Café da manhã com poucas opções.

Viajo com certa frequência para Natal e costumo ficar em hotéis de Ponta Negra. Acompanho há muito tempo esse hotel via sites de reservas: apesar da diária bem em conta, está sempre disponível. Como meu voo chegaria por volta da meia-noite, ou seja, perderia mais da metade da diária, resolvi ficar nesse hotel para não desembolsar um valor elevado por causa disso. O rapaz que me atendeu de madrugada foi bem prático, mas não se ofereceu para me ajudar com as malas num hotel com 2 andares e sem elevador. O ambiente passa a impressão de improviso e falta de manutenção. Os blackouts estavam num estado lastimável e ofereciam pouca proteção – lembrando que aqui o amanhecer é às 5 da manhã. No armário só 2 cabides. A cozinha (tem uma pia), o banheiro (sem amenites) e a janela (que não oferecia proteção sonora) passavam a ideia de uma construção antiga. A TV – apenas com canais abertos e a internet que falhou muito pouco dou uma nota média. Estranhei quando a funcionária que fez meu checkout pediu-me para esperar enquanto conferia o quarto. Alguém assim tem o comportamento, quando o hóspede sai, invade o quarto – sim, pois existe uma Súmula do STF que compara o quarto de alguém regularmente hospedado aos mesmos direitos de uma casa, ou seja, “asilo inviolável do indivíduo, ninguém nela podendo penetrar sem o consentimento do hóspede” nem mesmo funcionários ou proprietários do hotel. Não recomendo: não é um ambiente legal e não tem apreço pelo hóspede.

O hotel é muito simples .A localização e café da manhã são bons.Roupa de cama e toalhas limpas.Ar condicionado bom.Entregaram o quarto com a descarga com muito vasamento ,torneira e chuveiro pingando a todo momento muito desperdício de água.Não há sabonete e shampoo.Não voltaria e não recomendo para lazer,pagando um pouquinho mais pode se hospedar melhor em Natal.
