Very nice, friendly front desk personnel. Comfortable bed. Clean. Easy off and on interstate. Front desk personnel had lovely suggestions about things to do locally. I appreciated that!

I have stayed at 8 hotels in the last year and this was my favorite. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The room was clean and very functional. It had lots of counter space in the bathroom. The room was a nice size and comfortable.
Very convenient to the Christmas Festival in the historic distance without the expense.

I reserved one king room and one double queen room almost two months prior to our stay yet when we checked in we were given two king rooms so my mother and my son had to share a king bed. Unacceptable.
We had a pleasant weekend. The hotel was clean and there were good options for breakfast. My only complaint was the tv options. In order to watch anything good you had to pay extra, so we just turned the tv off.
Staff was very friendly and helpful. Facility was clean and well maintained. Breakfast was above average for free at a lodging. This is an excellent pet friendly location.
We were there Easter weekend. I understand that they let their breakfast staff off for the holiday, but we should have been informed the day before so we could allot time to go get breakfast. We were late for our event because we had to go get food.
I booked the room through hotels.com and it shows pet friendly. Upon arrival I was rudely greeted by the night manager Kaylin. Instead of “hello how are you or welcome” she said “do you need something?”
Kaylin stated that we would get our incidentals charge back if we didn’t have pets. I stated we did and that the fee wasn’t listed when I booked. She said “well yes and it depends on what animal.” I informed her of my pet size and type and she said it’ll be $30. I was not informed on how this amount is decided other than “it depends.”
Other than this interaction the remainder of the stay was pleasant. All other staff members were friendly.
