“Perfect for our needs.”

“Not bad at all”

Comfortable beds, nice breakfast, but had no hot water after 11:00pm (they worked on it the day we left), although it was fine in the mornings. Good value for the price.

Area recommendations

Downtown along the Cane River is a lovely, historic area, with buildings (even one business) built around the time of the Civil War. Christmastime is even better as the river is decorated with lights.

“Clean and Comfortable”

Right off interstate, 5 miles from Natchitoches, very clean and big rooms, good breakfast selections. Worth it.

“Definitely staying here again.”

This hotel is clean, nicely appointed, and comfortable. Staff was courteous and accommodating. The room was clean, quiet and very comfortable. Complementary breakfast had a wide variety of items and the dining area is spacious. Pool area, grounds and parking area were nicely maintained and well lighted. My stay was very pleasant and will definitely choose this hotel again for future stays.

We happened upon Nicky's Mexican Restaurant while staying in Natchitoches recently, and loved it. The waitstaff was courteous and efficient. The margaritas are very good. The chips and salsa came out as soon as we sat down and were very good. There's a wide variety of items on the menu and the food was excellent! it was so good that we decided to try it again two nights later, and we had another great meal. If you're in the mood for mexican, try Nicky's - you won't be disappointed.

“Enjoyable”

We enjoyed everything about our stay. Thursday evening when we arrived, there was a plate of cookies at the front desk when we checked in. That was a very nice touch, especially since we were very hungry and wanted to check in before we went to dinner.

Traveler's tip

Taking advantage of the breakfast bar is nice and saves you a few dollars to spend on your other two meals of the day.
