Only complaint was paid for room w/ whirlpool tub but only got a walk in shower 1st nite but they upgraded my room to suite the 2nd nite but only had regular tub

It was just an overnight stay, nothing to rave about. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful!

Nice hotel, pricey

My stay was ok. Everything in the hotel is very pricey. Pool hours are different daily. Elevator is very slow.

Thank You for your feedback. We do have limited hours for the pool due to local town regulations that require a lifeguard on duty when the pool is in operation. We are priced accordingly with other hotels in our marketplace.

Boston for the weekend

Pros: location, price
Location: Near Natick mall. Walden Pond is nearby. Downtown Boston awaits you with all its history.
Went up to see my brother's new grandchild. Great price and value. I recommend highly.

Pros: Pool, exercise room.
Fair price; called & rec'd room location; Bistro open convenient breakfast/evening hours; food was fine; room large & clean. Located just across from a major mall & convenient to Mass Pike, Rtes. 9 &128. Downside. Reservations made through a 3rd party do not qualify for Marriott's reward points. Difficult to contact hotel directly although the phone no. is a MA area code, the call goes to national reservations office/customer service.

Hotel overall OK. Exception is FOOD SERVICE! Breakfast has to be ordered item by item from a list on the wall. NO coffeeCup Refill! Ordered Room with breakfast . Cancelled Breakfast after I found out there was no real breakfast. Didn't even try dinner. There was no real dining room. Because of the lousy Food service I will never book MERRIOTT COURTYARD Natick-Boston again.

Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry you were not happy with the Bistro concept featuring Starbucks coffee. We have received numerous comments from guests that love the new concept and and enjoy the variety offered. The Bistro is the standard Marriott Courtyard concept and it is featured at over 800 properties.

Great Value For Money

I stayed three nights over a weekend. Hotel was clean, convenient and efficient. Compared to any hotel closer to Boston, this Courtyard was the best value for money. It has few amenities on sight but it is convenient to everything.

A disappointing experience in many small ways

Some irritants - the front desk couldn't find the reservation, the breakfast bar charges for a coffee refill, there were no clothes hooks anywhere, the bathroom sink area was tiny - no big deals, but lots of small ones. A good place to avoid.
