It was a nice hotel, the view from my room was good.the bed was comfortable and the amenities were okay. The location of the hotel is good because you have all the shopping malls and restaurants close by.

Straight As al the way! Higher price line but VERY recommended hotel. Booked one night on a special, the second on the regular price, and I am VERY satisfied with everything. Worth every penny. Thank you hotels.com for suggesting the hotel.

OK hotel, overall

Booked this hotel at a 30% discount on Hotels.com, and being a 3.5 to 4 star rated hotel, I did have higher expectations than the 2.5-star Comfort Inn I stayed at a month ago. I would compare this 4-star closer to a 3-star, but we did have a good stay overall. Free parking is great. Proximity to shopping area and lots of restaurants in the mall is awesome. Good, clean, well-kept gym with a variety of weights is also a bonus. Downsides: Small bed. We reserved a room with one bed, thinking it would be a king-sized bed, which is pretty standard for most hotels these days. Ended up with a queen sized bed. The room itself was real small compared to the similarly sized bathroom (kind of a waste of space)! The LOUDEST heating/cooling system I have ever experienced. Despite turning off the heat at bedtime, the heater would automatically turn itself on (we think there’s an internal thermostat) at least once every 20 minutes. Being a light sleeper, my sleep quality was close to terrible. Bottom line: Paying full price for this hotel will leave you disappointed. At a discounted price, it was a decent deal. Who knows, maybe we just were unlucky with the room?

Police was called to the premises

Clean and modern. Crazy guy was walking around the premises without a shirt. Security took care the problem very well. Police removed him. Everyone there very professional.
