“Great Hotel Near Wellesley”

We were very pleased with the hotel. The location, although across from a big shopping center, is excellent if you're visiting Wellesley College; it's only about 15 minutes from the campus. The mid-century modern decor in the lobby was fun, and the hotel's restaurant, The Pantry, was very good. It was decorated in a kitchen motif, with Julia Child videos paying on the screen. The food was really outstanding. If we lived in the area, we'd eat there even if we weren't staying at the hotel! (Order the beet salad, and add shrimp!) The room was pleasant., with very comfy beds, lots of shelf and drawer space. The well- equipped bath had shelves and cupboards for storage. We'd definitely stay at this place again.

We enjoyed our week-end stay. Rooms are very comfortable and staff is very friendly. The complementary coffee available on each floor was really great and a lounge to get together with your friends.

We chose the hotel pretty much blindly, but it was a very good decision. The only problem I encountered there was with the hotel computer room. Neither printer would work on either computer, but the gentleman behind the registration counter went out of his was to take care of my needs. The lounge was perfect for our needsand the food was very good. Apparently locals must have felt the same way because their banquet room was being used every night we were there. I can't speak for anyone else's experience but I know I was very satisfied.

“Great Hotel in the neighborhood - close to highways and corporate centers”

This hotel is in a great location, close to major highway (I-90). Very close to mall, restaurants (American, Chinese, Japanese shushi/steak house, Indian) and coffee houses (Starbuks and Dunkin Donuts). Service at reception was OK could be better, there was no smile or greetings from the person. I felt they were doing me a favor by giving the room, even though I had reservations and paid through Expedia. As a matter of fact, I had lot of options (other hotels) in the neighborhood so I was doing a favor as a customer ! I was kind of surprise with reception at Crowne Plaza (reputed hotel) Other than service at reception, this is an excellent place to stay. I recommend it for business and pleasure travel.
