We are frequent guests at the Hampton because we have family in the area- i am always pleased with the value- the hotel is clean and the rooms are very comfortable. My only advice is to ask for a room away from the elevators as hallway noise can be heard in the rooms at times. The staff is among the most courteous around and the complimentary breakfast can't be beat. The location is perfect- just off I90 convenient to Boston and also the western suburbs, as well as multiple restaurants and shopping.

The hotel was fine but the only drawback was the fact that the floor and room had obviously once been designated for smoking so the hallway and even the room had a lingering smoke odour which I, as a non smoker, find quite unpleasant.

“Good hotel, quiet, skip the breakfast”

We were simply looking for a hotel near Boston College that didn't charge $200+ for a night. Hampton Inn was fine and easy 15 minutes. Skip the typical breakfast bar with its sugary cereals, instant eggs, white-flour waffles with fake syrup... sugary yogurt... the path to not feeling well. Even some fresh fruit that wasn't bananas and melon would have helped. On the health front good news, the entire hotel is non-smoking.

Stayed here 2 times now for curling events. Room was very comfortable. The hot breakfast in their very nice breakfast area is awesome! Different variety of food available each day. Favorite is the make your own waffle.

Very friendly staff. The two mornings we were there having breakfast, a staff member would come around our table and ask if we were enjoying our stay in Natick. The hotel room is spacious and comfortable. The only disadvantage was the hotel does not have room service. We arrived late and drove around looking for a fast food restaurant nearby but could not find any.

“Good hotel for a quick stay!”

This is my second time at Hampton Inn Natick. Most of services remain good but breakfast is not as great as 8 months ago. It may be because of economy slow down. You can't stay for long because food is pretty much the same everyday. For a weekend stay it is not a bad hotel at all for the price.
