Check in was smooth, unfortunately i was put in a room that smelled of cigarette smoke. They quickly changed my room when i explained which was terrific. The hotel is dated. There is a grocery store within walking distance which is handy.

We had a room with two beds which were too small and cheap feeling and HARD. My back was killing me when I woke up every morning of our stay. The carpets felt cheap underfoot with virtually no padding. There was only one TINY wastebasket which was in the restroom (none in the sleeping area). The person working the front desk offered me no help with the luggage cart I was obviously struggling with when we arrived late at night after a long journey in.

the stare wells 7 floors low security foot print good location need for more equipment in the hotel gym like a cabel mechine did not like that we had no microwave or fridge in are room 405

Noise was an issue. The gaps under the door were sizable. I could hear every sound in the hall as well as through the door of the adjoined room. Luckily everyone around us went to bed at a decent hour and I had earplugs.

The room was clean and the breakfast was perfect. We toured colleges and were able to fit in some shopping which was like 3-5 minutes away. I would definitely stay here again

Rooms are spacious, clean, beds are comfortable, they provide shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, hand liquid soap and lotion. Also hair dryer, refrigerator and cable tv. Some rooms have microwave. Staff os friendly and efficient. The free breakfast is good and offers eggs (scrambled, omelette, hard boil, it changes everyday), a hot meat (sausage , sausage patties, bacon), yogurt, bagels, bread, cereal, waffles, muffins, sometimes fruit, coffee, milk, tea, etc. Parking and internet are free. They also have a mini convenience store at the hotel. The pub downstairs is awesome - Skybokx 109 - with delicious food, drinks, ambiance and live music on Saturdays. Jessica is the best! Natick Mall is right across the street. There are some stores at the Hotel’s plaza, including an Aldi supermarket and a Total Wine. We will be back.

Bed very comfy, spacious room, great night's sleep, free breakfast a level above what is standard, incredible dining area, and friendly staff. Next stay, I have booked another Hampton Inn. In a word .. impressed.
