“You can do better than this”

Hotel in disrepair with construction going on. Hotel was run down.

“Definitely on the decline”

Have stayed here more than once because of price and location. On the decline. Management not taking care of even basic room maintenance and up keep. This may be our last time.

“Not Too Hot But Cheap”

The building is the old exterior-door-access roadside motel and it looks pretty tired. The room I was in appeared to be relatively clean with new bathroom shower head, sink fixture, etc. Bathroom vanity was marble. Carpeting in room was relatively new and in good condition. Some cigarette burns on the nightstands. Wallpaper had to be replaced in one part of the room and the patches were STAPLED to the wall; they didn't even line up the vertical stripes. I would recommend it only if you really wanted something cheap. For the area, it's a good value but hardly memorable.

“It deserve that money”

the bed is comfortable, I can find everything I need in the room. Good to spend days there and save money.

“Overall an Okay Choice”

The Travelodge was a last minute choice for us. We didn't realize that it would be so out of the way from Boston. The closest T stop is about 3 miles away and can be reached by using the local transportation. Overall, the service at the front desk was very courteous and the hotel room was in good condition.

“Would not recommend this one to others”

Room was clean and serviced very well, but overall condition was very poor and dirty.

Area recommendations

Our stay was not long enough to make a fair judgememt. The neighborhood looked quite satisfactory though.

Dining

The Skywalk restaurant at the top of the Prudential Building in downtown Boston, is well worth a visit.

“What you get for the money”

On a limited budget this was good for us. The hotel didn't give a good appearance from the outside but was nice inside. Close to shopping and dining. Would recommend. Wifi a little slow.

“Good value”

Decent location, decent value. Best if you have a car, but accessible by foot to and from the commuter rail. Not pretty outside, but the room was clean and nice.
