Very good position in the city centre. We received the smallest room, which was a little bit too small for us, but in the end enough for a young couple that spends most of the time outside. A bit dark since the window faces a an inner courtyard.

Great spot located within 20 mins walk of all the main sites in an area which had a load of choice of restaurants for the evening. Hotel staff were friendly and the room was clean, quiet and spacious. Would recommend.

Excellent locationPosted May 2, 2014
If you are planning to stay in Rome this Bed and Breakfast is in an excellent location for all the main sites. The only negative was the breakfast but in saying that, it was adequate. The room has fridge and toaster. The staff arranged a taxi from the airport for €40 which is cheaper than the standard rate. You can't go wrong by staying here. Word of warning - ask the price of ice creams etc if they are not displayed. We payed €6 for an ordinary cone of ice cream where everywhere else was 2 euros. Lesson learnt!

If you want location and nothing else stay herePosted Apr 24, 2013 on Hotels.com
Great place to stay if you want to be near the major sights, unfortunately the hotel itself leaves a lot to be desired. The room is clean, though they do use a lot of bleach. The bed was one of the most uncomfortable I have slept in for a long time, and I am sure the pillows were made out of cement. The drape do not close properly so there is always a lot of light in the room. Breakfast is just about okay, but not good, there are absolutely no facilities in the room except a fridge and kettle no cups, coffer maker, etc. The check out procedure is a joke, took me more than thirty minutes and numerous emails to the owners, who you never see! If you need help, except for Ruby who was really great, you have to send an email!!! Again if you want to be near the sights, then stay here, it is clean and Ruby is very nice; just do not expect anything else and you will not be dissapointed

Perfect location, cosy, clean and rustic!Posted Aug 6, 2012
Pros: Very clean
Location: Perfect location
This hotel is in the Centro Historico area and just 3 minutes walk from the Pantheon. As a lone girl travelling to Rome, I felt very safe in this hotel as there were always tourists around the entrance but not too noisy. Ruby was an excellent host and made me feel very welcome. The hotel seems very traditional and really makes you feel like you're in the heart of Rome.

perfect location to major sitesPosted Jul 31, 2012 on Hotels.com
My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our room and it's location to some of the major sites of Rome which we were able to walk to. The staff was very friendly, the breakfast was more than we expected, the Wifi access was great and the available brochures/books on Rome were handy as guide books. Wonderful restaurants at reasonable prices were close by. Although we never met our host, he was very responsive to our queries via email and went out of his way to inform us of sites to see, places to eat and major transportation routes to take. We will definitely book with this B&B again should we return to Rome and we will be recommending it to our friends.

El hotel está muy bien situado, está limpio y el trato muy agradable. El único problema es que la habitación es pequeña y da a un patio estropeado y con poca luz.
