Nice Budget HotelPosted Oct 12, 2013
The hotel filled the bill for what we were looking for. It was economical, clean, quiet and comfortable. The owners were quite nice and helpful. We got a good night's sleep. Although it is in an old part of town, along the old Route 66 Highway, we found some interesting businesses and a great Mexican restaurant less than a block away, by the train depot.

Great place to sleepPosted Jan 16, 2013
Pros: Inexpensive motel with parking right outside the door. Clean and comfortable for a quick overnight stay. Included a microwave and a new fridge.
Cons: Heater fan was a little noisy
Location: Needles is a small town on the California side of the Colorado River.Motel is in the middle of town, so about a mile from the freeway.
I needed a place to stay overnight driving from LA to Santa Fe. This motel was just the right distance for my evening departure. I was pleasantly surprised at the condition of this inexpensive motor inn. It is an older motel, but the room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the owner was friendly when I arrived at 10:30 PM. I will admit that the heater motor was a bit noisy, but it provided white noise and I could not hear anything outside all night. This is not a resort or a place I would expect to stay for several days, but perfect when all you want is a place to sleep for the night.

Cheap price with remodeled room and bathroom.Posted Jun 24, 2010
The facility was fine with remodeled room and bathroom. That was good stayed. More or so, lodging price was very cheap. It was merit of this motel. But pool was out of order and surrounding neighborhood was not good beacuse there was warehouse and railroad near this motel. But general opinion is above the average due to cheap price.
