“Wonderful Stay”
Everything was great from the service to the food, drinks, activities and most importantly the staff. Our stay far exceeded my expectation and I would recommend this hotel to anyone.
“Going back in January!!”
My bestfriend and I went for her birthday and had the best time of our lives. The resort was beautiful. We had a room directly facing the optional beach. Although, I'm not one for going all out nude- it was great. Friendly staff. The water sports guys were soo awesome. They had soo many water activities included. Food was great too. Great location. Granted its a ways from the airport but well worth it. We will be coming back.
“Liked it”
Really enjoyed the stay. We had done research and were prepared for the hotels down points: room decor is dated, pools are small, no swim up bar, etc. Hotel has many fine qualities that make up for it's shortcomings.
“Buffets were Terrible”
This is beautiful resort with a first class location and ocean view. Although some upgrading and maintenance has been delayed overall condition is still acceptable. The reservation restaurants have first class food and service. Once you enter the baffets, quality and service are sub-par at best. Food is mediocre and often runs out. Our last three days there they had no lettuce! How can you have a saled bar without lettuce. When we asked the cook staff about it; no apology just "we have shredded cabbage". The staff quality and service is very mixed. Many are cheerful and eager to help. Many are poorly trained or lack motivation to provide service or actually work in their area. Beach staff was particularly deficient. They sat around most of the day on "vacation" while dirty towels, dirty chair cushions and dirty plates accumulated. Piano bar was very nice with great facilities, a friendly bartender and nice entertainment. The rest of the resort-supplied entertainment was poor with almost no one attending. The beach party was the worst we have attended in resorts of all price ranges. And their desire to improve? Our morning of checkout they could not find an evaluation form.
“Would go back”
Best part was the room location. Make sure to get the ocean front suite on the lower level, and not the one on the nude beach. They have double doors that open up to a patio from which you can walk about 100' to your beach. Loved the beach, the water, the sun...May was a great time to go...80-85 degrees and less likely to rain. French resturaunt was awesome, need reservation! Italian was good, no reservations needed. Didn't try any other. Buffet was good although not 24 hour service....strictly set around breakfast/lunch and dinner times with like a 3 hour operation for each. Very quite and laid back...not very many peaople when we were there. We felt like we had the beach to ourself. Felt safe, though we didn;t leave to do any sight seeing. They had guards on the beach and around all the gates monitoring the resort. The beach bar closes at 6 so you have to go to the main bar for drinks...they don't wait on you at the beach...but for the price you pay for this all inclusive its a steal. I think my wife and myself got bit by something because we have been itching ever since...I'ping it's not bed bugs...might very well be the ants we noticed in the sand at the beach. Not much to do at night, mostly older couples at this resort...but it is very relaxing and a good quite place to get away too. We stayed for 4 nights, any more than that we would stay at a place that has more night activity. All watersports are included...kayak, sailboat, waterskiing, glass bottom boat ride.

“We will return”
We had a wonderful vacation at Brezees Grand Negril. This was our third visit to the resort, but the first in eleven years. Although the resort is showing its age and the service is not what it used to be, we still thouroghly enjoyed our time. We will definitely return, hopefully yearly. The staff was fantastic, especially the bar, food and event staff on the clothing optional beach. The food at the breakfast and lunch buffets was very good, and we highly recommend the Japanese (whats- up!!)and French restaurants for dinner. Overall the resort was very quiet and relaxing, especially at the c/o beach and pool. The other guests were friendly and it was a pleasant aptmosphere. The spa massages by Verna and Brenda were the best we've had. A couple of suggestions for the management would be to update the c/o pool and beach area and make mandatory nude to eliminate some of the visitors just there to hang out and look, and also to have a few more different daily activities in that area. There was plenty of offsite excursions to participate in for an extra cost. We went to Ricks Cafe to see a the cliff divers and a sunset, it was ok to do once, for the rest of the time we were content to stay at the resort and relax. We would recommend this resort to any couple for a relaxing luxury vacation at a good value.
“Great People at Breezes Negril”
This a perfect place to enjoy the outdoors, meet nice people, and relax.
“It was a good time!”
We booked and stayed 16 nights at the quite reduced special rate. We have stayed at this resort before and found it to be very relaxing and exciting all at the same time. Staff is friendly and excellent as always. It even seemed that the entertainment staff had kicked it up a notch, thats for sure. They were successful in making the guest activites happen with lots of fun! The mixology classes and "take a shot of rum" blackjack were lots of fun! Food was great most of the time, although the breakfast/lunch buffets menu repeated each week (understandable). The other restaurants were wonderful too! I recommend the Moonason for dinner and the lamb chops on the aunatural side for lunch/snack! Weather was not so good some days, rain/stormy, but cleanup after was quick and the days of sun and light breezes were marvelous. The hot tub is fun even when its raining! The facility may be older than some, but they seem to make up for it with the staff and the experience they provide. We plan on going back again. :-)
