“Our Favorite Resort”

This was our second stay at Couples Negril and it was absolutely wonderful!! The food was great, beach was beautiful and staff and help were amazing!!! I have already recommended this resort to many people and will continue to do so!!

“Amazing honeymoon location.”

I first heard of Couples Negril from friends. They raved about the service they received so when the time came for deciding on a honeymoon location this was at the top of the list. On arrival we were whisked away to the couples resort check in area. They checked us in quick and on awaiting the bus to Negril they poured us a couple of cold Red Stripe beers. The ride was 1.5 hours but comfortable. On arrival we were met with champagne and awaited check in. I had booked the beachfront suite but unfortunately they had overbooked. Wayne, the customer service liaison, apologized and gave us hotel credit, free spas and top shelf liquor in the room as well as the mini bar and he also refunded the difference in the price and gave us an amazing private candlelit dinner on the beach. The room was comfortable, clean and air-conditioned. The food was excellent. The restaurants were accessible although needed booking a day in advance. Th gift shop was overpriced but stocked everything. We would recommend going to Time Square if you looking for Jewelery/Watches at very discounted prices (Chanel/Bvlgari etc). also if interested in coffee, go here as the resort is overpriced. All watersport was included in the price. The catamaran was fun. Make sure to try the Bob Marley Shot at the pool bar (not for the weak!). The staff were amazing, friendly and somehow remembered our name after the first meeting! There were plenty of live bands and activities too. We can't wait to return!!

“A Little Piece of Paradise”

This was the best resort for the money that we have ever attended and we have been to numerous ones in the Carribbean and Hawaii. The number of activities included was phenomenal including daily snorkel excursions, a catamaran sunset cruise, a glass bottom boat excursion, sailing, kayaking, and water skiing. There were also many other activities available. The food was absolutely fabulous. All the employees from desk clerks to maids to yard men were as friendly as they could be. The pool is beautiful, the white sand beach was as nice as we have seen anywhere and it is on a lovely bay providing for calm waters. Live entertainment was provided every night and much of it was VERY entertaining and quite professional. We would recommend Couples-Negril without reservation. We had just a great time.

“Repeat guests”

Always a great time at Couples Negril. The staff is very laid back and always willing to help. The grounds are kept very clean, the beach is the best, and the food is very above average for an all-inclusive resort. This was our 5th visit and we will be back next year. Take advantage of the catamaran cruise, snorkeling and diving. You can't get that everywhere.

“Great Honeymoon”

We had a great time on our honeymoon, the entertainment team does a fantastic job of having fun activities to do. The food was great and hardly any wait to get seated or get drinks. We were surprised by much there was do to. The atmosphere was incredibly relaxing, we should have stayed a few more nights - it would have been well worth it.

“WORHT EVERY PENNY”

Anything and everything you could ask for at your disposal! As a manager of a hotel myself iam hard to please! Couples went out of their way to make sure you had a great time! So many things to do if you wanted, but my wife and i chose to eat/drink/relax all day long and there were certainly alot of variety in restaurants. make sure you make your reservations when you get there for things like diner at the fancy restaurant or the "booze cruise" my only complaint is there is no bottled water in the resort?? I realise the tap water in Jamaica is fine to drink, but cold water is always essentiel (especially when drinkin all day) They had 3 water stations with giant bottled water dispenser that you could pour yourself a cup of water, but they were very slow and not cold! I would ask for is a few bottles of water in the mini bar stocked daily along with the beer! I would love to try other Couples resorts in Jamaica now! highly reccomended!

“Couples Negril - Negril, Jamaica”

Greeted at the airport and waited in their lounge with complimentary Red Stripe until time to board the bus to our hotel. Pleasant ride and greeted at the hotel with champaign. Hassle free check in, clean rooms, beautiful grounds. Meals were very good. If you love floating in the ocean this is the place for you. Beautiful, rock free and vertually wave free water that is crystal clear. Been twice and never used the beautiful pool because the ocean was so pleasant. Enjoyed the snorkeling trips, kayaks and other water sports. This place has a lot of repeat customers. I have been in July and September and we always could find a place to be a lone on the beach without a crowd.

“Great place to go”

We had a blast. Great experience. We have been loyal to Club Med but couples is great. Loved the make your own Bloody Mary bar and champagne in the morning. Food at resturants was 5 star. Loved the au natural beach. Entertainment at nite was sketchy but day time activities were great. We will go back to couples negrill

“Wonderful, relaxing visit at Couples Negril”

This was our first visit to Negril, Jamaica, and we stayed at Couples Negril. This was also our first all-inclusive vacation. We found the resort to be quite comfortable, and the restaurants at the resort all served wonderful varities of food with everything being prepared to our liking. The staff at Couples were all very friendly and helpful. Service at the restaurants was very good -- and again, we found the staff to be very hospitable. Kadeen, one of the activity co-ordinators, had lunch one day with my husband and I. We had a great visit and she makes a person feel right at home. Plenty to do there if you are looking for activities, however, we went specifically to relax on the beach and did just that! It was great having drinks served right to your beach spot, and always with a smile. Jamaican people are very friendly and hospitable. The lounge chairs all have a raft on them so whenever you want to cool off in the sea (or the pool), you just grab your raft and float. We loved our stay at Couples Negril!
