Not comfortable, noisy ac, bad food

Posted May 24, 2012
Pros: Not busy off season,
Cons: hard beds, undercooked food
Location: negril on the beach
It looks run down and not well kept. I accidentally ended up booking at this resort by default, I thought it was a neighboring resort. The first room they wanted to put me in had a huge gap where the ac unit use to be, I mean a large hole in the wall, for all sized creatures man or insect could come through. I asked for a different room, and the staff gladly offered another, but the ac had a roaring noise and the fan clicked I could not sleep and spent hours tossing and turning, I was so frustrated and to make matters worst, the beds are as hard as rock, the decor is very basic, rustic, the bathrooms have aged sinks and fixtures you only get soap. The meals were under cooked fish, and over spiced chicken, we refused to eat there again. And the stay would nosily walk by in the early mornings talking and stamping their feet, I paid alot for the room and it was off season, I would not stay here or recommend this place to my worst enemy. If you dont need comfort and are not staying in the room for very long this is the place for you
