This Jamaica resort is arrayed on 400m (437 yds) of the fine sand extending 3.25 km (2 mi) around semicircular Bloody Bay, in which the Caribbean Sea remains calm in most weather conditions. The private white sandy beach extends deeply into the resort under palm trees. Beach sun loungers/chaise longues, beach towels and beach umbrellas are provided. At the resort's center are two 23-m (75-ft) irregularly shaped pools--one with swim-up bar and 35-person jetted section--flanked by padded lounge chairs. There's also a 3.75-m-diameter (12-ft) pool for children and a children's club.

The resort supplies snorkeling gear, pedal boats, kayaks, windsurfers, and Hobie Cat sailboats. For surcharges, a water-sports center offers windsurfing and sailing lessons, parasailing, glass-bottom-boat tours, banana-boating, scuba-diving instruction/certification, and scuba-diving and snorkeling excursions. Independent operators off the beach charge for water skiing.

Other recreational opportunities include tennis on two lighted courts, bocce, beach soccer, and beach volleyball. The nearest golf course, Negril Hills Golf Club, is 14 km (8.75 mi) away.
