“Great Place Couples Only Sorry Kids.”

I enjoyed this trip, the whole staff was great and you couldn't ask for friendlier service. Most fun I've had on vacation in a long time. Made alot of new friends, didn't have any trouble the entertainment was great. I want to thank the staff, and workers, who are now my friends very much for having us in Negril.

“Great hotel for couples!”

We stayed at this resort to attend a wedding that was taking place on the property. Everything about our stay was perfect, from the shuttle from the airport to the amazing service to a beautiful setting for a wedding. The is a great place for couples that want to get married, honeymoon or just get away on vacation. We can't wait to return!

“Sandals Negril”

This was the best vacation EVER!!! Staff were all very friendly & helpful. Food & drinks were delicious. There were plenty of things to do but also plenty of opportunities for relaxation & even though there was plenty to do the resort was not too loud. Very enjoyable trip! Highly recommend Sandals & we will return to this resort!

“Nice but a little over priced.”

We had a fabulous vacation in Jamaica and will definitely return!! Sandals does an overall great job making your stay comfortable. We stayed at Sandals Negril for a week. The food and drinks were great, and I can not say enough about the staff they made you so comfortable and were so much fun! There was always someone asking if you were all right or needed anything, but not intrusive at all. The resort and beach were beautiful and kept very well, as well as the grounds. That being said we did have a few isssues. House keeping cleaned our room very late in the day 5:00 pm and sometimes later. One day we were not cleaned at all. It was an inconvenience as we would be ready to shower for dinner but had no towels. Also the room wasn't really cleaned the entire time we were there, just bed made and towels replaced. We were a little disappointed with that and the room itself was very dated. The only other inconvenience was it was hard to get a beach towel in the afternoon so if you weren't out there early you were out of luck. Even with the inconveniences we still had an enjoyable stay. We will probably try a different resort when we return as I have stayed at other all inclusives that were much cheaper with the same if not better accommidations.

“Fun Honeymoon!”

We just recently returned from our honeymoon here at Sandals Negril. We had a great time. The hotel is pretty, the staff is friendly, and there are plenty of activities included to keep you occupied. The beach was beautiful! The food is good for an all-inclusive resort, and there are plenty of choices. We went with an upgraded room with 24 hour concierge service, and I would definitely reccomend the upgrade.

“Good place for watersports and ease your mind”

The atmosphere is so friendly!!!!! The staff is helpful. The beach is narrow and the sea is warm and quiet perfect for swimming or just for sunbathe on top of a floatie. it is also beautiful to watch the sunset while having a drink sitting somewhere or simply walking down the sand. Overall, this resort gave my husband and I the opportunity to enjoy different things: he had fun doing watersports, mainly scuba diving meanwhile I was happy just hanging around.

“Disappointed”

We were not very impressed with the condition of the hotel - it was slightly run down and when we got hit with a downpour our ceiling leaked. It was difficult to get reservations for the 2 restaurants that required them. More confusing was that the restaurants were definitely not at full capacity at the time you reserved. We met a couple who arrived the same day and had to wait even longer into their trip to eat at those places. There were waits for all restaurants no matter what time you arrived, except for the buffet (but it closed for lunch much earlier than we would have liked). We chose Sandals because it was for adults only and were impressed with the fact that there was a dress code for dinner. It was disappointing that we took the extra effort to follow the dress code and many looked like they just came from the beach or pool. The pools were nice, but we could never get a pool towel and had to either ask at the front desk or go back to our room for one. It was very hard to get a chair on the beach - so many people left books, towels and bags to claim seats and we never saw people return to use them. It was very convenient to check in online in advance and they took care of our transportation to the resort and back to the airport so we didn't have to worry about that at all. With talking to other couples there, it seems the only way to have an amazing experience is if you pay for the butler service. We had a nice time but don't plan to try Sandals again.
