Very happy!Posted Nov 17, 2014
Great staff, very understanding of my situation as a solo traveler, kept me safe and happy! Wonderful location, wonderful cocktails, wonderful overall! Only criticism is the lack of food choices, although somewhat understandable for a small hotel with very few guests at the time I went. I will go back! Without a doubt.

Clean rooms, good value, and nice location.Posted Sep 13, 2014 on Hotels.com
I liked this hotel because it was in a nice middle area of Norman Manley Blvd. with plenty of restaurants and entertainment in each direction. The bad thing was the phone in our room was out of service, and so was the wi-fi. We didn't have any way to contact loved ones to inform them of our safe arrival. We also had to walk to the office to ask them to call our taxi and airport transportation . One day they told us the office phone was out of service. This was the day before our departure and it was mandatory that we contacted the airport shuttle 24 hours in advance. The pool was dirty and was not cleaned until the weekend when other guests started arriving.

Great stayPosted Aug 11, 2014
Pros: Best part is accessibility to beach
Cons: The local Resturant- Norma was overpriced.
Location: Location is great and there are many things to do on the beach such as parasailing, viewing of the reef, snorkeling or just enjoying the crystal
Beach access was perfect, only down side was the Resturant. Food variety was limited, so had to find a local Resturant. The bar was also limited. Overall not a bad stay if you are on a budget. The staff was courteous and eager to please.

Sea Splash was decent for our purposesPosted May 26, 2014 on Hotels.com
We were staying at the RIU Palace in Montego Bay, and were going to the Third World concert in Negril, so we needed a room for the night. It was a decent price, but the Junior Suite was just a decent sized room with a separate bathroom. They were working on the room next door late into the evening, and early the next morning. The restaurant's menu was very limited, but the beach was nice. I would book it again for that purpose.

Staying at sea splash was wonderful. The service was great and the staff were very friendly. The location was perfect, you can walk to many different hotels and explore. The only thing that was a negative was that they had two umbrellas on the beach. I think moving forward they should get more sun umbrellas. But the stay was very wonderful.

Nothing went right. The front office staff all loPosted Apr 27, 2014
Everything was wrong about my stay. The office staff looked and acted miserable. They didn't have a room ready for me and it was after 5pm. They said I didn't have a reservation and u had the Expedia email confirmation and they said that wasn't good enough. They weren't helpful in trying to figure out why my reservation wasn't showing up and told Me I had to handle that myself! By the time my room was ready I had to rush to get ready because I had plans and I asked them whatever room I get please make sure the AC works because I need AC for health reasons. The AC was blowing warm air and there was no remote to regulate the unit to turn it on or off! She said we'd have to take a remote from another room to turn it off??? That's ridiculous!! It was seriously the worst experience I have ever had and I travel a lot!! It was like nobody cared and nobody was willing or able to help. If I were the owner and this was my hotel I'd be embarrassed if I saw my staff acting like that....as a matter of fact they wouldn't be my staff because they don't deserve a job if they are going to act like that!! There were a few other things but I'm not going to continue this because overall it was the worst experience ever at a hotel that should get my point across. They didn't offer to do anything to make it better, they also didn't have a receipt for me upon check out apparently because of the chaos when checking in and they couldn't find my reservation! They didn't offer to send one or email one
