Cons: Deal with smoky odor
Location: utah is a beautiful area
Facility is in need of a update....biggest prob was that the nonsmoking room smelled of old smoke.

Pros: The rooms were clean.
Cons: Better customer service.
We had to call the clerk to check in and he seemed put out. When we went to check out, we again had to call him and he didn't come out. I asked him for a receipt and he said I had to get one from Expedia. He told me to drop the key in a basket. I worried we weren't checked out when I got a notice on my phone to be sure and check out by 11. The "breakfast " was only muffins or a waffle, juice and coffee.

Clean decent hotel but getting extra items for comfortability were difficult to get. Breakfast was terrible and neighborhood was interesting.

Due to the terrible smell, hair in the tub, broken a/c unit, holes in the bed sheet, and lack of air circulation on the second floor, we will never stay at this hotel again. Beware, don't put yourself through it.

Just average, stayed two days and no maid service

Interesting, Hotels .com had special two rooms left for $50.00 and I booked for 1 night. When I pulled in sign in front said rooms $45.00. I asked and person at the desk said they were not supposed to tell pre-booked customers like Expedia or hotels.com because they are paid $40.00 by these places. I said your sign out front advertises it. I was still charged the higher rates and stayed one more night instead of going elsewhere for $45,00 a night. It was business and I didn't want to move my things. I will not use Hotels.com again.

Close to freeway, convenient

Pros: Quiet location. Food source close by.
Cons: Nothing for us.
Location: Didn't stay long enough.
It was a short stay. Enjoyed the pool. Close to freeway and quit.
