excellent hôtel dans les environs, je ne vais plus aux 2 hôtels de la Porte Maillot. A recommander !

Good hotel in quiet suburb

Very nice refurbished hotel. Family stayed in 2 rooms (pity could not be connecting). Otherwise quite perfect for our needs, helpful staff, good breakfast. Small remark that as the hotel is not in the centre we needed to get taxis to/from when children were tired at end of the long day. neuilly is a suburban residential area. We noted airline crews use this hotel.

Tres bien mais des anomalies a corriger

Les plus: très calme avec parc, literie très confortable, petit déjeuner excellent Les moins: internet payant et très cher , pas de chaussons et peignoir de bain, ce devrait être inclus pour un établissement 4 étoiles ! Une grande déception: la propreté des grilles d aération (certainement un oubli car le reste de la chambre était tres propre) heureusement cette anomalie a été corrige après ma réclamation

Very disappointing. Sold king bed, breakfast and wi-fi. Result single bed, breakfast bill and had to agree to pay for wifi to access. Paid in full up front yet €200 demand on arrival from possibly the most unhelpful hotel reception. And don't bother complaining.

Dear Roger, Thank you for staying with us and for sharing your experience. Unfortunately, bedding is upon availbaility and by the time of your stay, we did not have availability in king bed rooms. We are sorry that it impacted the quality of your stay. As for the breakfast, our quality policy requires that we ask our guests to fill in and sign the breakfast leaflet at the entrance of the restaurant but for breakfast including stays, it is automatically removed from the bill. As for the WiFi, it is always complementary for stays in Deluxe, Junior Suite and Suite and will be free by January 2015 - but the connexion to WiFi always requires a billing acceptation upon loggin in, even if the amount is removed from the final bill. This policies may have impacted your stay, and for this, we renew our apologies. We hope to welcome you back again soon in our property, Kind regards, Jan Kaiser - General Manager
