What a joy to stay here. We are a family of 4 and took the largest room that the suites offer. Not only is it in the most fantastic location in Tel Aviv's first and best neighbourhood of Neve Tzedek, but the accomodation is world class.
We all loved the way the room was decorated and the photo's honestly don't do it justice. The main bed was so comfortable with loads of pillows and lovely crisp linen. The pull out sofa bed for the kids was extra large and also had quality linen and pillows.
We all loved the big shower with organic smelling soaps, shampoo and conditioner.
There were also the little touches like the bottle of wine, chocolates, lollies, tea and coffee that just added a personal touch to our stay.
I canot recommend it highly enough and would love to be back there in a heart beat!

"Authentic stay in Neve Zedek turned a diapointment"
We chose the hotel for the location as we wanted to experience the trendy neighborhood of Neve Zedek. The online presentation combined with the hefty price looked promising though untypically I did not check the reviews. The hotel is neither boutique nor hotel. It is a collection of apartments in a rundown condition. the flooring, paint carpets etc are all worn out and torn. the furniture and bathroom are filthy. The local manager which is local real estate agent, admitted the situation, was sympathetic, but could not solve or change the situation. we planned to stay a week and evacuated after 2 days.

This is a boutique hotel consisting of five rooms. We stayed in room 4 (a simple double) for a total of three nights.
Some great plusses. The room was fantastic - with all amenities, original design, great bathroom and immaculately clean. The location is excellent - quiet cosy historical area with nearby cafes, and a 15-minute beach stroll to the more happening parts of Jaffo old town. An absolutely superb package for this price class. There's on-street parking too, though it's fairly limited.
A couple of minuses for this particular room. The view from the window will be directly into a wall once the neighbouring construction is complete. The windows cannot be opened, and so the only air-flow is the re-circulated air from the AC.
A couple of other niggles. The hotel appears to be operating on an 'serviced apartment' model - there are no staff on-site. The check-in process is not well thought out: you are emailed the door code on the day of arrival - but there is no advance warning of this in the booking process, leaving you stranded at the front door trying to ring the owner's cellphone. Also, the WiFi does not work. We had emailed the owner about this twice (from a cafe), and phoned once. He claimed that he had checked, and the WiFi worked in all rooms. The couple staying downstairs had the same complaint.
