Staff were personable and very responsive to our needs. Exercise room was too small, but the cleanliness and hospitality made up for it.

Every employee we encountered was friendly, professional and helpful. Their positive attitudes were the icing on the cake of our perfect stay at their hotel. We will definitely be back.
“Not as expected”
When we arrived we checked in to a 2 queen bed room. We preferred a king bed so we upgraded. However the king room was smaller than the 2 queen bed room which made it very awkward with 2 little ones! The fold out bed for our 3 year old took up much of the remaining space. Our baby's crib was squeezed in around our bags. Also whenever the bathroom door was opened light shined directly on the kids - not conducive to sleeping. The 'half wall' in the suite was a joke - there was really no separation between us and the kids. The 'half wall' was panelled glass with gaps in it so both light and sound went through. I wouldn't call this a suite and I won't be staying here again with little ones.
“Good place to stay in New Bern”
We enjoyed our stay. The rooms were pleasant and had all the amenities. The desk staff members were very helpful and extremely courteous. And the beds were scrumptious! All those pillows -- fabulous!
