A great place to spend a few days

Pros: The staff was very friendly. The hotel over all was nice. It was close to stores. The breakfast was plentiful, varied and good.
Cons: There was some kind of white stain on the carpet in a couple of spots, it should have been cleaned.
Location: There are a number of restaurants and stores for shopping close by.
This was the second time I have stayed at this hotel. The rooms are nice. Breakfast was hot and plentiful. Carol, who worked breakfast kept everything replenished. The front desk staff was friendly yet professional, and knowledgeable about the area.

Location: MJ's restaurant, which is a straight shot from the hotel to downtown, is some of the best seafood ever.
This was not my first stay, but this time as I arrived there was a bus of 5th graders unloading. The clerk joked with me about putting them all on the floor where I would be. In fact, they were all on the floor directly above me. And I never would have known. Well built, soundproof hotel. What I already knew was that they have a beautiful facility and one of the best breakfasts anywhere. The huge walk-in showers are wonderful.

Relocating to New Bern

Pros: The hotel was very clean and the staff was exceptional. Very pleasant during our entire stay.
Cons: Maid service could have been better. I used one of the glasses in the kitchen and put it in the sink and that;s where it stayed for our entire four ni
Location: We are thinking about relocating to the New Bern area so we wanted to stay in the area for a few days to get a feel for the area.
Maid service needs improvement. Kitchen supplies and toilet paper were not replaced during a four night stay

Worth the stay! Awesome experience!

Me and my family stayed at the Sprinfhill Suites for 3 days while we looked for real estate in the New Bern area. The hotel exceeded our expeditations. The rooms are very clean, the price was comparable, & best of all the staff really nice & helpful. I would recommend this hotel to everyone.

The room was great. The breakfast in the morning was amazing. I will stay here again and recommend it to anyone. The staff was able to answer my questions and I was impressed the cleanliness of the breakfast and dining area.

Odor

There was a musty odor in the hotel, more so in the halls and less in the room.. Breakfast area was very cramped, a lot of people in a little space. Breakfast was average.

Microwave and Refrigerator in room. Pool too small and crowded for size of building. Breakfast was good. Service good, especially breakfast help. Internet is slow as molasses. Staff friendly.
