“via Houston - DID NOT STAY !”
We pulled up to the hotel, the lobby was filthy, there were guests (appeared to be long-term) standing in the doorways of their hotel rooms with alcohol/smoking and "we" did not feel safe. Upon entering the lobby, I could not understand the desk clerk or his spouse, the lobby had an awful odor and I asked to see the room. Upon looking at the rooms, it was filthy = I would not have stayed there for any amount of money, the rooms needed complete renovation, the linens appeared dirty, there were dead bugs in the light fixtures INSIDE the rooms, the light switches were filthy, etc. We chose NOT to accept a room and did not stay it was complete FILTH and we did not feel safe, period. DO NOT BOOK A ROOM AT THIS HOTEL !!!
“Do not Stay”
Bathroom was so dirty we had to clean it before we could use it. Toilet seat was not fastened down. Curtains fell to the floor when we tried to open them. This was a very bad experience.
