Property smelled like sewer when you first walk in to the lobby, got in to the room only to discover it smelled just as bad. The bathroom smelled like wet sour towels along with it being gross. Bed room was also gross. Booked for 2 nights only stayed 1 and booked somewhere else for the rest of our trip.

Our room smelt of mildew, had to buy Febreze to make the room smell better. But I think it may have been the curtains.
The property itself need a good cleaning a little bit of a musty smell. We had booked an accessible room but definitely you need to ask if the room is a true handicap accessible for roll in shower or if the room just have a bar in the shower because the tub was very high. Not all the outlets and ports worked to charge phones but we figured it out. Definitely a great location for travelers and the breakfast is we okay the pancake batter tasted a bit sour.
Like that it was close to highway. Didn’t like that place everywhere was dirt, toilet seat with feces Didn’t like giving credit card for “incidental” charges (in case room was vandalized) and didn’t like that the clerk said she couldn’t print a receipt or tell me total owed, had to get that from Expedia will never stay at comfort inn again

Thank you for your feedback. Please note that we always collect a credit card from the guest id their reservation has been prepaid by a third party company (as was your case). Also in regards to your bill, this should have been sent to by the third party with whom you made your reservation.
Comfortable bed, great shower, but striking plate was missing, making the door difficult to close. Carpet very stained in hallways. It was a good value for the price because the important things like the bed and the shower were very nice.

Service was decent, beds were comfy, room was spacious. But the place was run down. The carpet in front if the room was stained. The walls had tears in the room and in the hallway.
It was good for a one night stay. Our room had a funny smell to it and there was hair in the refrigerator but the beds were comfy
The breakfast was good but the apple and orange juice were not.
Thank you for your feedback. Please note that the head housekeeper checked the room and found that there were no issues with the linen or the bathroom. If you had requested a room on the second floor we would have assigned your accordingly.
Very attentive housekeeping. Possibly the ugliest reception area i have ever seen. Good bed. Good linnens & towels. Some repairs needs in the bathroom. Breakfast needed attention. The staff tried her best, but it was too busy. She needed help.

Rooms still had hair on the beds. Toilet problems. Doors don’t shut all the way without slamming them. Had friends and family at this same place and each room had the same issues. Toilet paper in my ex husband’s room had clearly been wet and they stuck it on the roll anyway. It was only half of the rill like it had falling into something. Staff was calling rooms before check out time to tell people it was time to check out already. Had a knock at the door before 1030 when check out is at 11am. She hadn’t waited even 3 seconds before entering our room where I had children sleeping still. Management did absolutely nothing but tell me he had already talked to her about it but she was still standing in the hall way 3 doors down from my room. All other house keeping staff was standing in the hallway of the 3rd floor gossiping.

It was an okay place to shower and sleep and that’s mainly what we needed. The Sunday breakfast was closed a little before 9:30. The door had to be slammed when you went outside or it wouldn’t close. Carpet was frayed in areas and there was dirt in areas like by the elevators. Maybe they didn’t have enough workers. Housekeeping workers were real hard workers it seemed. Overall. It was okay but not great. We had stayed there some years ago and it was nicer so we were disappointed.
My room was in semi disrepair. Closet doors to big for their frame; dirty bathroom floor; carpet filthy; carpet wall base coming off; furnishings loosing veneer.
Overall I thought the room was trashy - won't stay at a Quality Inn again - I'll spend more money to get a better room.
