“It was nice”

Only problem was the hot tub was too hot and the pool didn't seem very clean! Everything else was wonderful!

“Great price, good location”

We picked this hotel predominantly on price ... one of the best in the area ... but also because we noticed that the manager had personally responded to guest comments (good and critical) which had appeared on websites. This showed she clearly respected gusts' opinions and was prepared to take steps to make any improvements required. Our room was just as expected, the bed was very comfortable, equipment in the room was good (coffee maker and good quality coffee, fridge, hairdrier, cable TV); the bathroom was spotlessly clean and the room smelled fresh. We were glad to get a room right at the back away from the freeway and traffic noise was not too instrusive. The free hot breakfast was more than adequate and the staff we encountered friendly and accommodating. Would be more than happy to book there again on future visits to the area.

“Great Hotel”

We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful. There was a lot of variety for breakfast the next morning. I would definitely recommend the hotel to anyone who is looking for a place to stay in New Braunfels. The hotel is located right on the I-35 access road.

“Great Service”

The hotel changed rooms for one of the guests. I had booked all non smoking rooms and one guest wanted smoking. The clerk changed the rooms without a problem. A great place to stay.

“Great getaway in New Braunfels, Texas”

This hotel was modern and up to date with it's amenities. It was clean and comfortable and we enjoyed our stay in New Braunfels. We'll use Expedia to book this room again when we travel to this area. New Braunfels is convenient to Austin and San Antonio as well as to the huge outlet malls at San Marcos, Texas. A great place to visit!

“Great Budget Hotel”

This is a great hotel to stay in New Braunfels for a great price. The rooms are very clean and the beds are comfortable. The breakfast in the morning that they serve is pretty good as well. I would recommend this hotel over some of the much more expensive hotels I have stayed at in New Braunfels.
