I looked that the service was very friendly and easy for check in The room needed just a little bit more cleaning (shower walls had "stuff" on them and the top sheet of the bed had something on it. I just didn't use it)

Reserved room with accessible bathroom and transfer shower for mobility impared. Even noted that we would be arriving late, so they wouldn't give the room to someone else. But they did anyway. Was giving room for hearing impared, that did not have accessible bathroom. Couldn't shower and had to use bathroom in the lobby.

Very impressed with this hotel … clean, updated and the folks were great! Fairfield used to be at the low end of the Marriott family (and maybe it still is) but this location was very, very, very nice. Have family in the area so will very likely stay here again next time I’m visiting. Two thumbs up!

A VERY HAPPY HOLIDAY
My wife and I spend Christmas in the Texas Hill Country. The Fairfield by Marriot at New Braunfels did not disappoint. The room fit our needs and the breakfast was wonderful

The service was great and check in was easy. My first night there was hair in the shower and the body wash bottle was empty. The next day both of those issues were fixed. The breakfast was great all three days and the room was comfortable.

The check in staff was excellent, very nice and helpful. Suggestion: While the property was clean, the front glass entrance was very dirty and reflected poorly on the property that otherwise was very nice.

A “service” to your room is taking out the trash. They asked if I wanted service everyday, and I said yes. On the 3rd night, they finally cleaned the room. The shower pressure was way low too.

Great accessible room with queen beds
My husband has MS and we had requested an accessible rooms/a king bed. While they didn’t have a king bed, they had an accessible room with 2 queen beds & a tub shower. The desk clerk was exceedingly helpful, took me to the room before we checked in to make sure it would meet all his accommodations needed. There were multiple hand rails at the toilet & tub, a shower head that slides up & down, a very sound tub to support my large tall husband, & accessible hooks for towels right next to the shower/tub (something rarely seen in most accessible rooms)! He said it was one of the best accessible hotel bathrooms that he has used to date (over 5 years).
