Was unable to get room on top floor. Check inn associate stated that since I did the booking with a third party I get whatever the third party agreed too. Got a handicap room with mold on the bath tub. The was a roll of carpet located at the entrance. The room is located in the first floor which is very noisy. This is not acceptable!!! If you as an organization agree to this type of behavior then I will make it my mission to be openly critical, of how you enable the poor treatment of patrons!

Great Place To Get Away From The In Laws
Service was great, the room was clean, bathroom was clean, bed was too firm for me but my husband loved it. Loved the makeup removal wipes, that's always a plus. If there we're any problems we were too drunk to notice. Overall stay was very pleasant and will stay there again.

Elevator and out into the 2nd floor was dirty 9:30pm, looked like it needed to be mopped. Room door was missing the security latch, Rm# 229, Shower head needs maintenance. Over all it was ok, miner issues once blinders are off. The bed was good, did enjoy the way the bed was made and looked. Need extra pillows or blanket for the pull out bed. Ice machine was also out of order on the 2nd floor, lobby Ice machine did work. Morning break fast was good at 6am fully stocked and clean. over all not bad for 2 adult 2 kids $150? They were out of the 2 queens when we booked.

price high for the area. terrible wifi, I had to sign in every time I returned to my room. and the sign on had to be done over and over. when I complained about it. the desk person first fixed it, then the next time the different desk person just said, " well, I can sign on" and that was that. never the same person, when I left. there was no one around so that I could check out. I just left my room key on the desk. no bananas for breakfast ... blah, crummy hotel.

Renovations were in progress. No exercise room available. Told rooms were renovated but air conditioner failed, commode tank lid was not for that commode, no hair trap in shower, lamp flickering seems dangerous, breakfast eggs were same for 2 days, carpet and tile were stored on entry driveway.
