Hotel good for pet owners

Posted Jul 25, 2014
Pros: Beds, grassy area for my dog to exercise in, breakfast options
Cons: Have vents cleaned, make sure there is no mold in shower area in walls or on ceilings, bigger fridge for rooms with two people, clear drains.
Location: Eating, Schlitterbahn, Wurstfest
Check in & out were easy. Breakfast has tons of options. Room is a bit older & dusty with mold in shower area. Had a microwave & Refrigerator but the fridge had no knob to control temp. Bed, linings, & pillows were clean & comfortable. Nice big grassy areas for pets to exercise. Nice pool area. When we needed something fixed or needed more towels service was fast. Guest computer printer didn't work.

low price ok hotel for a night big pool

Posted Jul 17, 2014
Pros: breakfast, pool
Cons: rooms need to be updated and bathrooms
Location: very close to schlitterbaun
We stayed for one night the pool was pretty big and deep went up to 8 ft good for us adults but was worried about when the kids were there, breakfast served in the morning which was a plus free internet as well free parking unlike other hotels like the double tree where you have to pay each day you park there, downside rooms were out of date it was the fat tv :/ other than that ok hotel for the price

Nice hotel close to Schlitterbahn

Posted Jul 8, 2014
The staff was very polite and helpful when it came to finding stores near braunfels (thank you Michael) The breakfast was delicious and on point. Overall my experience at this hotel for the first time was good. I would definitely recommend and book my next stay at Ramada. I also liked the fact the hotel was right on the feeder easy to get to Schlitterbahn and go to San Antonio.

Too many better choices

Posted May 18, 2014
The drapes were too thin, I had my hisbdmc go out and walk by. He could see in plainly. Room wouldn't cool sufficient even on a moderate early summer day. Police were called to disturbing guests in the next room about 11. 6 motorcycles cops.

Don't bother

Posted May 17, 2014
Pros: A place to sleep. Mostly.
Cons: Tear it down and start over.
Location: Near Gruene which is fun little town that has been restored to quaintness. Gruene Hall is a great music venue and often has great groups.
The walls are paper thin so we were subject to neighbors loud music. Later, the nearby outdoor bar with live music came right through. The WiFi did not work. The room was clean, but the bed was very uncomfortable.

Good base for exploring Hill Country, San Antonio,

Posted Apr 15, 2014
Pros: Breakfast
Good location for exploring hill country. Amazing hot breakfast buffet. The only drawback is the highway noise on the East side. Get a room facing pool for a quieter stay
